Anne Harris

Anne joined Rainbow Trust in July 2006. After training as a paediatric and adult nurse at Great Ormond Street and University College Hospitals, Anne worked as a Staff Nurse in London. She then trained as a Social Worker and worked for Sargent Cancer Care for Children at Bristol Children's Hospital. In 2003 she joined The Clic Charity as National Services Manager. When Clic and Sargent merged to form CLIC Sargent she became Head of Service for South West England and South Wales.

Charles Sermon

Charles is a senior executive with over 25 years' experience in law, investment banking, venture capital and healthcare. In 2015, he helped found Mereo BioPharma, a London based, Nasdaq listed company where he is currently General Counsel, which is developing drug candidates for treating patients with rare diseases and oncology. He has experience in large, medium and start-up businesses in the UK, Europe and the US and between 2013 and 2016 was a member of the Mayor of London's Digital, Creative, Science and Technology (DCST) Working Group as part of the London Enterprise Panel. Prior to that Charles worked for Nomura and Freshfields in London. Charles joined the Rainbow Trust Board of Trustees in January 2022.

Gina Hudson

Gina joined Rainbow Trust as HR Manager in October 2015, before moving into her current post in January 2023. An HR graduate from the University of New South Wales, Australia, she began her career in recruitment, successfully undertaking various generalist and specialist HR roles to build up over 20 years of experience in the HR field. Gina worked for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in Australia before moving to the UK where she joined GE Commercial Finance Real Estate. Prior to joining Rainbow Trust, she was the HR Manager at Morgan Stanley supporting the investment banking division.

Jayne Steele

Jayne joined Rainbow Trust in December 2021. Having worked in varied financial roles for Lucent Technologies for 10 years and more latterly for Mary Hare School and Newbury College where she was Director of Finance and Resources, Jayne brings a broad range of experience from both the commercial and not for profit sectors. A member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Jayne has responsibility for overall financial and risk management, ensuring sound strategies and the effective provision of IT, facilities and health & safety.

Jen Kenward

Jen joined Rainbow Trust in September 2023. After qualifying as a nurse in 1995, she remained at the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead until 2000, where she became a Sister and Manager at St Mary's in Paddington. Jen then became the Director of the Care Assistant Nursing Entry Programme at the Royal Free Hospital whilst undertaking lecturing at both the Open University and Barnet College of Further Education. Jen also has extensive experience in management including as Operational Manager at the Royal Free and then as the Patient Experience Manager. She then moved to NHS England in 2013 where she was the National Experience of Care Lead responsible for Community, Primary and Integrated Care. In many of her roles, particularly at NHS England, she has worked very closely with charities and other third sector organisations.

Oonagh Goodman

Oonagh joined Rainbow Trust in 2011 as interim Head of Fundraising, before moving to Head of Marketing and Communications for six years and into her current post in January 2018. Oonagh has over 25 years' experience of fundraising and marketing in the not-for-profit and commercial sector. Her varied experience is across all areas of fundraising as well as brand management, communications and digital. Oonagh is a Trustee for a local community organisation, acts as a mentor for the CharityComms mentoring programme and is a judge for the Third Sector Excellence Awards. She is a Geography graduate from the University of Manchester and a CIM qualified marketer.

Richard Rogerson

Richard joined Rainbow Trust as a Trustee in July 2023 and is member of the Fundraising Committee.

Tim Bunting

Job Titles:

Tim was a Trustee of Rainbow Trust from 2007- 2023 and he and his wife are long term supporters. Tim joined Balderton Capital as a General Partner in 2007, before moving into his current role as Senior Adviser in 2021. He was previously a partner of Goldman Sachs where he spent 18 years. At Goldman, Tim held various roles including Global Head of Equity Capital Markets and Vice-Chairman of Goldman Sachs International. In 2006 Tim spent a period as non-executive chairman of Betfair. Tim is also a Trustee of The Royal Opera House, Royal Springboard, and the Paul Hamlyn Foundation. In addition, Tim is Vice-Chair of the Sutton Trust. Tim is a graduate of the University of Cambridge.

Zillah Bingley - CEO

Zillah joined Rainbow Trust in January 2017, having previously been Chief Executive for Research Autism and Chief Executive at Sparks, the children's medical research charity. Prior to the charity sector, Zillah was a successful corporate lawyer, spending 14 years with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Thereafter, moving into management consultancy working in mergers and business development. Zillah was a trustee of cancer charity The Martin Paterson Foundation, Fulham Symphony Orchestra and an advisor to the Military Wives Choir Foundation.
