We're a multi- disciplinary practice providing holistic health care for the whole family from infants to elders. We're dedicated to the promotion of natural healthy living and to the wellbeing of body, mind and spirit... We expanded in 2013 and created our lovely Studio space. The Studio hosts regular weekly classes and weekend workshops which focus on personal development, self healing and fitness practices such as Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Pilates, Meditation, Sound Baths, Astrology, Voice and Breath work and Reiki... We have built a team of very experienced and dedicated professional practitioners offering a wide-range of complementary therapies and alternative medicine. Many of our practitioners have specialist knowledge in areas such as the treatment of children, fertility, allergies, stress management and painful muscular skeletal ailments.
