Julia is responsible for all things connected with accounts including setting up new customers and chasing payments.
Richard is responsible for the day to day running of the business including planning out jobs, arranging sub-contract services and updating customers. His aim is to ensure our customers get the right parts at the right time.
Steve is a very hands on leader and is passionate his work, Steve technical education has seen him gain Metallurgical and Mechanical Engineering qualifications, which is now a major strength in our coating division. Having spent 15 years developing tooling and process routes within the shaped wire manufacturing sector, this gives us the edge when it comes to tool material selection having practical experience that others don't have.
