SYSTEMAGIC - Key Persons
Alex is the latest recruit to join our team of IT Technicians. Alex will work with the team to help manage the helpdesk, support customers with their IT problems and ensure all systems run smoothly.
Barry is an experienced entrepreneur who joined us in June 2022 as a non-executive director, supporting and advising the board.
Chris joined Systemagic way back in 2004 so he's very much part of the furniture! As our Technical Director Chris is responsible for managing and implementing technical projects and helping to train the team. He also manages the busy hardware and software procurement part of the business. Chris loves Japanese sports cars (even though he drives a Mercedes), Newcastle United and energy drinks!

- Marketing & Comms Manager
Danny joined Systemagic in April 2022 as our Marketing and Communications Manager. Danny is responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy, driving traffic to our website, communicating with our customers, and shouting about all the cool things we do.
Fiona is our Operations Director and makes sure the business runs like clockwork. Aside from managing the team, Fiona is always busy organising and managing projects and working with customers to design and implement processes. She's also our certified Mental Health First Aider and runs our Mental Health Mondays programme. We worked with Fiona for a number of years before she joined our team so she has been part of the Systemagic journey since we rebranded back in 2015!
Imogen joined us in February 2023 as our Helpdesk Co-Ordinator. Day-to-day, Imogen helps co-manage the helpdesk, distributing tickets and supporting the team with technical projects.

James has spent the last 13 years focusing on growing Systemagic and developing its staff, services and working with clients to make sure they get the best from technology. Previous to that he was a techie here for 7 years and still chooses his moments to jump on the helpdesk and impress the team with his super-techie skills. James also sneakily got himself certified in Microsoft Azure and Google Ads recently too! He is Dad to Sophie, enjoys running, golf and is a huge Formula 1 fan. He plays the guitar and has an impressive collection but refuses to play for the team! He's currently trying to decide what to do for his midlife crisis.
Jamie joined the team in back in the summer of 2020 as an IT Apprentice. Completing his apprenticeship in June 2022, Jamie is now an IT Technician and is responsible for helping man the helpdesk, resolve tickets and ensure clients' systems are running as they should.
Jody joined the team in mid-2023 as our Finance Manager and is responsible for managing the company's accounts. You can learn more about Jody below!
Joe joined us at the end of April 2023 in the exciting new role of Sales Administrator. Joe's responsibilities include responding to client requests for new hardware/software, managing quotes and proposals and liaising with partners and suppliers.
Louis joined the team in August 2022 as an Apprentice IT Technician. Louis will be supported by the wider team and trained to support clients with their IT problems and help manage the helpdesk.
Rhys is our Helpdesk Technician, he deals directly with customers who have technical issues and makes sure clients' systems are maintained, running smoothly and efficiently. He's a keen footballer and a huge Arsenal FC fan.
Sam joined Systemagic in June 2022 and is our newest Apprentice IT Technician. Sam is being trained to manage customer tickets, solve technical issues and help maintain clients' systems.
Will completed his apprenticeship here at Systemagic back in 2013. Since then he has established himself as an important part of the team and a client favourite! He's currently eyeing up track day cars and can always be counted on to return to the office with arms full of energy drinks, cakes, crisps and biscuits!
