Al Salehian - Managing Director

I have over 25 years' experience as a senior business executive and strategist with a background in launching and leading global businesses. I have created high growth businesses and led international teams to take market share and increase revenue within a short period of time. I have consulted for, and advised, companies and government departments on leadership, organisational development, and strategic digital transformation. I believe that SME businesses are the beating heart of an economy which is why I am passionate about helping this sector innovate, grow, and succeed. I also believe in education and helping the next generation of entrepreneurs which is why I am a Trustee of an Academy School Trust and a member of the National Governance Association. I have a Law Masters and an MBA (Oxon).

Amanda Wright

I'm a founding director of Yellowyoyo, where I oversee everything graphics related. I've 30 years of experience across every sector and in all aspects of graphic design, including corporate identity, print, packaging, retail, interactive design, event, exhibition and media.

Bryan Wright

Though I cover many other sides of business now, by trade I'm actually an interior designer. I'm a founding director with over 35 years of international experience working with brands in all commercial sectors across all of the design disciplines offered by Yellowyoyo. To be honest I've a complete obsession with customer behaviour and the ways and means to influence that behaviour. In the UK I've run retail projects for The Conran Shop, Debenhams, Dixons, Habitat, IKEA, Next, PC World, Travis Perkins, Virgin, WH Smith, Whitbread and Wickes and helped develop shopping centres such as Bluewater, Eldon Gardens, Grafton Centre, Nieuwe Passage in Holland and Princes Square. Abroad I've worked with Ahold, MAB and Canon in Holland, IKEA in Sweden and The Conran Shop and TIMA in the USA. With my Yoyo team I've created office interiors and showrooms for TIMA, World Aluminium, Arise News, Canon UK, Canon Europe, Sharp Electronics, Accenture and ICL.

I've over 18 years' experience in finance, advising a wide variety of organisations, ranging from small start-ups through to large multinational organisations. In 2020, after completing 8 years working in global restructuring, corporate finance and lead advisory at PwC, I transitioned my work towards Board advisory, working with management teams seeking to build their businesses with a view to working towards a significant value realisation event. I've held a number of CFO positions in tech, life sciences and manufacturing, and have significant experience working with venture and private equity backed companies. I hold a number of non-executive roles with a wide range of companies, working closely with management teams to develop and deliver on their strategic objectives. I'm also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, having trained at Saffery Champness in London. From an advisory perspective, I've extensive experience in advising management on structuring debt facilities and equity transactions and also working with management teams in advance of a transaction to structure their business and operations to optimise their valuation potential whilst also positioning their business in the best way to deliver a favourable deal for all stakeholders.

With my 25 years of experience, leading complex projects - primarily with Abbey National and Santander - I've designed, managed and implemented new procedures in banking, telecoms and IT.

As a consultant, having worked with many SMEs from all sectors I'm well positioned to understand the needs of businesses. Having spent nearly five years working for one of the UK's largest vehicle leasing brands in a senior marketing role, I understand the part brand plays in helping businesses to acquire and retain customers. Through this experience, and the 10 years of running my own small business, I'm well positioned to assist Yellowyoyo's clients in their growth, through brand management, marketing strategy and digital marketing. Over the years I've worked on every channel of marketing from social media, sports sponsorship and TV advertising to chat bots and growth hacking. With such a diverse set of tools I enjoy working with businesses to understand their needs and to then deploy a strategy and tactics to help them achieve their business goals.
