Alison Hulley

Alison is our friendly and enthusiastic Telesales Representative. She is driven by her passion for talking to people and a motivation to supply a premium product and service. Alison has worked at Forms Plus since 2017 and has built up a loyal customer portfolio. Recognising that people buy from people, Alison's cheerful, positive and polite approach combined with her product and marketplace knowledge, makes her an invaluable asset to the team. With over twenty years' experience in telesales, Alison has developed key skills from her previous employment and relishes the challenge of engaging with new customers. Outside of work, Alison enjoys eating out and socialising with her friends. Keeping fit by taking long walks with her dogs along the coast and spending time with all her family.

Donna Wyeth

Jayne Wood

Job Titles:
  • Despatch Co - Ordinator
Jayne is our Despatch Co-ordinator. She processes customer orders and liaises with the warehouse and couriers to ensure a quick and efficient service and delivery to our customers. She is very conscientious and organised and enjoys the positive pressure of ensuring orders are despatched on time. Jayne has a long history of working in a customer service environment, in her previous employments she has worked for the Co-Operative Group and HM Customs & Excise. You are in reliable hands with Jayne, she always aims to please. When Jayne is not chasing deadlines, she enjoys exploring Cornwall, discovering new places she has not been to before. She loves walking on the beach with her family and much- loved dog Monty and entertaining with family and friends.

Jo Carter - CFO

Jo is our Finance Director, having joined Forms Plus in 1996 as a part time payroll assistant. After only a few weeks, the part time role developed into a full time position, as the Company were quick to realise they had found a dependable treasure. Soon after, Jo progressed to Company Accountant through demonstrating a consistent, reliable and efficient approach in all aspects of her work. In 2013 she became a director when herself and Victoria carried out an MBO. Jo's meticulous attention to detail and accuracy have been crucial in the growth that Forms Plus has had over the past 6 years. She has a very calm, astute manner and has the ability to validate things in a knowledgeable, rational, practical and impartial view point. This has proved invaluable during periods of such rapid growth. Jo takes the lead with the company's pledge in supplying a healthy and active working environment for all the staff. Being a Mental Health First Aider, she is the driving force behind maintaining the office's Gold Award from the ‘Healthy Workplace' and is also key in managing the company's ‘Time to Change Pledge'. In Jo's free time she likes to keep fit, at bootcamps, fitness classes and she also enjoys running; having completed her local club's ‘Zero to Three' class. When she is not exercising, she can be found spending time near the water, either near or on a boat, or simply pottering in the garden.

Nicola Burgess

  • Print Co - Ordinator
Nicola is one of our Print Co-ordinators. Nicola processes all of our complex bespoke print orders, liaising with our customers and suppliers to ensure everything is produced exactly to our customers requirements, on time. Nicola shows an excellent level of customer service. She previously worked in the FX industry. Nicola was brought up in Cornwall and enjoys nothing more than getting out on her paddle board exploring Cornwall from the water. Along with her family and dog Murphy Nicola enjoys an outdoor active lifestyle.

Rafe Webb

Job Titles:
  • Customer Advisor
Rafe is our Customer Advisor. He is always on hand to help customers with their needs, whether it be requesting samples or placing an order. He also processes data for the business and even helps out in the Warehouse from time to time - he has recently passed his Fork Lift truck licence! He is a great team player and his customer service is second to none. In Rafe's spare time he enjoys working out and exploring the countryside or occasionally relaxing in the Garden with an ice cold Desperado!

Sharon Ramos

Through her commitment and dedication to Forms Plus, Sharon has progressed from starting her career with the company as Admin Assistant, to becoming Print Coordinator, then Team Leader to now Office Manager. During this time, not only has Sharon become knowledgeable of our customers and products, her passion for supporting the team and her friendly and outgoing nature, has earned her the respect that she has from her managers and colleagues. In April 2019, Sharon completed CMI Level 3 Award in Principles of Management and Leadership. Her professional background in working as an Underwriter, Motor Claims Administrator and a Special Constable for the Northumbria Police laid the foundations for her now managerial role. Out of work our Geordie lass likes to socialise with friends and family, usually in the pub. With regular visits to Spain with her family to visit her Aunty - you'll find Sharon at the beach. Not forgetting also, her trips back to her hometown of Newcastle, where she can relish in some home comforts.

Sharon Worden

Sharon is our Accounts Administrator. She has the important role of assisting the Finance Director in ensuring everything runs to plan in the Accounts department. Sharon joins the team with over 25 years of experience in this sector, making her a great addition to the Forms Plus team. Outside of work, Sharon enjoys coastal walks or runs and spending time on the stunning Cornish beaches. Occasionally enjoying the odd Gin and Lemonade.

Victoria Andrews - Managing Director

As our Managing Director, Victoria takes the lead in driving Forms Plus to year on year growth and success. Since joining the company in 1990, the business has needed to adapt to how the changing technological world has influenced the print industry. Victoria is very proactive in meeting customer's expectations in terms of choice, speed, cost and convenience. Her commitment and dedication to the continual growth of Forms Plus and the personal development and training of the team, has kept the company at the forefront of customer demand. Her passion, motivation and foresight were recognised very early on and Victoria was quickly promoted to managing the office and operational side of the company. Focused on delivering exceptional customer service, Victoria takes pride in helping businesses find the best solution for their print requirements. She builds loyal and lasting relationships with customers and suppliers, some of whom have traded with Forms Plus for as long as Victoria has worked in the company. Recognising a business is only as good as the people, she has built up a solid team culture and is passionate that the company never loses sight of its core values which are delivering an efficient, knowledgeable and dependable customer service. Victoria enjoys the outdoors life, either walking the Cornish coastline with her family and dog or enjoying watching her boys surf. She enjoys keeping fit by going to an early morning bootcamp. Time spent socialising with friends and family is also a favourite past time.
