Barbara is our amazing Practice Manager. She has overall responsibility for ensuring the Practice runs smoothly, that client service is maintained to the highest standards, while constantly looking for ways to improve the way we do things.
Of course she does more than that, she is the guardian of the ‘family feel' to our culture and makes sure all the staff are looked after. As the undoubted Matriarch of the business, she is invaluable to clients and the team alike.
Catherine's is a varied role including drafting and finalising accounts for sole trader and small limited companies and also supporting the senior accountants to complete and finalise more complex assignments. Another major role is the preparation of VAT returns which we see as the building blocks of our accounts preparation process, so getting the little details right at the start helps hugely in the end.
Jon Lister is an ACCA qualified accountant, qualifying in 1999 who specialises in making businesses work more effectively through the design, implementation and training of bespoke development plans.
With experience gained in accountancy practices in Rotherham, Sheffield and Doncaster in audit and accountancy roles he is fully aware of the pressures and opportunities in operating businesses in this area.
He diversified his experience by acting as Finance Director for SOLACE Enterprises during their rapid growth period which developed a sound understanding of Local Government, Charities and Group Structures.
As co-director of Enterprise Chartered Certified Accounts since 2002 he has grown the practice based on the ethos of treating every client as the most important client and ensuring that the service is delivered in the way that suits the clients needs & expectations. Its not the easiest way of doing things, but it's the right way for us.
Jordan is works alongside Matthew and Natasha in the tax team and her main role is to make sure all our clients and details are up to date at all times. In a fast moving office with well over 1,500 clients this is no easy feat. Her main duties including data entry on to our client management systems, liaising with HM Revenue & Customs to resolve queries and dealing with the varied client queries in a prompt, professional manner. Jordan also prepares Self Assessment tax returns and supports our clients in fulfilling their tax requirements in a smooth and easy manner.

Keith Evans is a management consultant of international and national repute. Keith has played a significant role in Enterprise's growth and success, and has been a close friend of the business for over 10 years.
Since joining us on a more permanent basis in 2017, Keith has helped Enterprise scope out and plan for the development of a more diverse and financially resilient business, playing a major part in the success of Enterprise+ and our new Enterprise Consultancy Solutions.
Keith brings deep experience and knowledge in a number of key areas our clients have repeatedly asked us about over the years. These include growth strategies, commercialisation of new ideas, marketing, managing change, succession planning and exit strategies.

As a long standing member of the Senior Accounts team, plays a big part in the preparation of accounts and tax returns, mainly for limited companies but also for partnerships and some sole traders. Preparing VAT returns and maintaining client's bookkeeping records, as well as offering support and training on accounts software products make up the majority of the rest of his work. Liam also mentors junior members of staff, providing support and advice on a daily basis.
Matt has a very broad and challenging role as Senior Taxation Officer. His work incorporates a range of important, tax related duties such as the complete array of self assessment tax returns, Corporation and VAT returns to HMRC, VAT registrations, some payroll related work and liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients, which he loves ...... NART!
Michael Andrews is an ATT qualified accountant, qualifying in 2007 who specialises in making businesses work more efficiently through the review, planning and design of tax effective solutions and structures for businesses and business owners.
With experience gained in accountancy practices in Rotherham, Gainborough and Doncaster in tax and accountancy roles he understands life at ‘the sharp end'.
As co-director director of Enterprise Chartered Certified Accounts since 2002 he has grown the practice by looking after clients in a holistic way meaning that we look after not only our clients but their family, friends and colleagues to deliver fully rounded advice delivered how and when our clients want it.
