Emma has over 20 years experience in Water Treatment with a background in Quality Manager, B2B Sales and Account Management. As the daughter of the founder, Brian Field, she has grown up around engineering and water treatment solutions and is passionate about all things water! She has been the Managing Director for 7 years now and is excited to continue in her father's footsteps growing the team and the business.
Jamie joined us just over 2 years ago and is already a valuable member of the team. His job involves servicing, installing and building of the water treatment systems here at Excel Water. Jamie has a passion for cars and all things mechanical. On the weekends you can find him enjoying a Chinese takeaway whilst watching the motorsports!

Jessica joined the business as an Apprentice Administrator 8 years ago and now manages all Administration and Accounts related tasks. She is a key member of the team and manages all projects and customer orders. Jessica has a vast library of books and enjoys spending time with her family and young baby nephew!
Josh has a real passion for water treatment and strives to ensure our customers receive the best service. He is a great team player who does his utmost to manage and support all of our engineers in any way he can.
Josh is entering his 8th year in water treatment and has recently taking on a new challenge of becoming a father for the first time.
Matthew has recently joined the company and brings his experience and knowledge of water hygiene and plant maintenance, having been in the industry for 7 years. Matthew enjoys spending his free time playing football with his children.

Melissa helps with customer enquiries and assists the engineers with tasks that they need carried out. Melissa is a very practical person and does most of her own DIY in her house including fitting her own kitchen and she is currently learning to carry out boiler tests as well as other aspects of water treatment. She loves cooking and spends her weekend with her many pets!

Phil joined Excel Water with over 20 years experience in financial services. He has vast experience concentrating on quality, compliance and process improvement; skills and knowledge that he brings to his role at Excel. Phil is an avid quizzer and loves nothing more than cooking for his family and friends.

Poppy is our youngest member of the team but is enthusiastic and eager to join the family business whilst also completing her Advanced Manufacturing Engineering course at college. Poppy is a keen footballer and swimmer who enjoys walking her dogs at the weekend.

Robert is the third generation of the family to join Excel Water. He is currently completing an electrical Apprenticeship as well as learning how to service and install water treatment systems in-house. Robert is an avid footballer and loves playing or watching the game. He also enjoys keeping fit by going to the gym and eating the food involved to keep up!

Roger specialises in pure water treatment for pharamaceutical use and has been in the industry for 25 years. He looks after our pharmaceutical grade customers and sites which utilise RO and CEDI units. He is also responsible for designing bespoke systems and managing projects. At the weekends, Roger loves eating out and attending music concerts when he gets the chance!

Ryan has been in the water treatment industry for 12 years and specialises in the electrical aspects of being a water treatment engineer. His skill set means that he can design control systems right down to the programming. Ryan enjoys watching Formula 1, gaming on his classic Nintendo 64 and quizzing with his wife.

Suzanne has 20 years experience in B2B sales and spends her days connecting with and helping our customers (new and existing) and carrying out face-to-face visits on client's sites to help with their enquiries. Suzanne has a very busy home life with her new husband, their children and dog.
