Responsible for the overall running of the company and driving the sales and marketing activities. Colin's previous roles include Managing Director of Hotels On line and Sales & Marketing Director of Elegant Hotels Group. Colin is the Chairman of the Caribbean Tourism Organisation UK & Europe Chapter.

Responsible for all aspects of the companies finance and the tour operator collections for our hotel partners.
Dinah is qualified to AAT level 4 and has a wealth of experience working for multiple clients spanning different industries, whilst working for a chartered accountancy firm and 2 years heading finance for a golf and country club.

Responsible for posting tour operator payments and providing general support to the Finance Manager.
Jodi is AAT Level 2 qualified and has previously supported general office and finance duties at other local companies.
Responsible for strategic business management and co-account direction alongside Colin for Caribbean / Mexico sales & marketing. Kate s previous roles include Commercial Manager, Product Analysis Manager & Account Manager at ROL Cruises, Supplier Partnerships & Communications Manager at WIN Travel (Advantage) & 8 years Cabin Crew / Senior Cabin Crew at Virgin Atlantic & 5 years at Premier Travel.

Paula s key focus is developing the company's strategic direction, in addition to holding the position of Managing Director (Europe) for Elite Island Resorts, one of our key clients. Previous roles include head of worldwide contracting for British Airways Holidays and Managing Director of MKI Ltd.
Robert has overall responsibility for the companies' financial management. Rob's previous roles include the running of his own financial services and consultancy group and Financial Controller for a Greek Tour operator.
