Our mission is to make a positive difference to the retail industry and the customers it serves, today and in the future... The BRC has a new headquarters, at The Form Rooms in Covent Garden, London. In 2019, we purchased and began to lovingly restore and transform a historic Victorian school into a Central London workspace like no other. The Form Rooms opened in January 2022. Our team work flexibly but are at The Form Rooms when 'at' work, while our face-to-face member events are hosted at the Form Rooms.
