A major step forward in the growth of I J Parkash Ltd was the acquisition in 1991 of Ivytex Ltd an established manufacturer of flame retardant bedding and curtains, based in North Wales of which supplies the leading global companies in the Health & Care sector... The company I J Parkash Ltd which was later incorporated in 1955 and had to diversify from primarily exporting fabrics to importing fabrics into the UK. In the initial stage the fabric was in loom state or finished form & sold to manufactures or converters.
