Wasan is an expert in general management and commercial leadership with a deep understanding and knowledge of drug safety and clinical research. Since joining ArisGlobal in 2018, Wasan has excelled in six different positions, most recently as Senior Vice President of Global Commercials, where he managed global enterprise business. Before joining the ArisGlobal team, Wasan worked for Bioclinica as the company's Global Head of Safety and Regulatory Services.

Clint Wolfe heads Human Resources at ArisGlobal. Prior to joining the company, Clint acquired more than 20 years' of Human Resources experience with a proven track record of leading diverse global teams and delivering results. Clint has held multiple Human Resources roles of increasing geographic scope and responsibility in both private equity owned and public companies that combine research, data-driven analytics, subject matter expertise and technology to improve healthcare outcomes and patient lives. Clint has an in-depth understanding of how to efficiently structure a Human Resources function so that it scales with the needs of the business. He has extensive experience in implementing and leading Human Resources Centers of Excellence responsible for executing Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Human Resources Information Systems and Human Resources Operations. Clint also has hands-on experience implementing Human Resources process improvements, managing and integrating acquisitions and global change management initiatives.

Daniel Berglund is a member of ArisGlobal's Board of Directors and a Partner at Nordic Capital, having joined the firm in January 2010. Daniel has served on the boards of nine Nordic Capital portfolio companies. Daniel focuses on investment situations within Technology and Payments as well has Healthcare IT. Before joining Nordic Capital, Daniel worked at Bain & CO from 2007 to 2009, most recently as a Senior Associate. Daniel holds an MSc in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Dr. Papathomas has over 40 years of experience in health, life sciences and technology, and is now an active investor, advisor, and board member. Dr. Papathomas recently retired from Johnson & Johnson as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Data Sciences, and previously held senior leadership positions at Boehringer Ingelheim, Pfizer and Lucent Technologies.

Hattendorf has proven success at building and delivering a world-class integrated brand and marketing strategy. Heidi brings a strong blend of technology and commercial experience with deep expertise in GTM/Go-to-Market strategies, SaaS/Cloud models, digital transformation and innovation. Prior to ArisGlobal, she oversaw Marketing efforts at an influential intelligent automation company. Before that, she held leadership roles at Motorola in various business lines across Product, Marketing and Business Development. Heidi has extensive international expat experience and holds two patents in software. In addition to her professional accolades, Heidi holds a Bachelor's in Marketing, plus MBA, and is certified in Digital Transformation. She is passionate about translating market needs into real solutions that improve lives and deliver results.
Jarrett brings over a decade of executive leadership experience driving revenue and cash flow growth. He has partnered with management teams and boards of directors of high-growth companies undergoing rapid change. Prior to joining ArisGlobal, he served as the CFO for Emergence Health Holdings, Carewell Urgent Care, and ProCure Proton Therapy Center.
Prior to joining ArisGlobal, John has held CTO positions at other SaaS-based companies and has almost 30 years of experience in the software industry. Most recently, John was the CTO at Sovos, a privately held global tax and compliance software company. During his 5 1/2 year tenure, John was responsible for Product Development, Cloud Operations, and Security. John helped grow the Sovos business by nearly 200%. Prior to Sovos, John was the CTO at Intralinks, a provider of secure workspaces serving the M&A market as well as offering products in Life Sciences for Study Startup and Safety Document Distribution.

Dr. Schmider is the President of Drug and Device Vigilance Consulting. He brings more than 20 years of life sciences industry experience to the Advisory Board, recently serving as Vice President of Safety Evaluation and Reporting at Pfizer after holding senior leadership roles at Hospira, Sanofi, Cephalon and Johnson & Johnson.

She started her legal career in New York, clerking for a Federal Court Judge, and working at two revered New York law firms.

With more than 18 years of experience, Mike Gordon has held several senior-level global leadership roles of increasing scope and responsibility, mainly within technology-focused organizations. Mr. Gordon's most recent corporate leadership role was with Callcredit Information Group as Chief Executive Officer, where he oversaw a successful transformation of the business and an eventual sale to Transunion. Mr. Gordon also currently serves on the board of directors of three technology companies, Fintech, Hometrack and Constructonline.
Prior to Callcredit Information, Mr. Gordon served as FICO's Executive Vice President of Sales, Services, and Marketing, after serving in various roles of increasing responsibility across the company's banking, insurance, retail, health care and pharmaceutical markets. Before joining FICO in 2005, Mr. Gordon spent more than 13 years in the financial services industry. As a vice president at Capgemini (formerly Ernst & Young Consulting LLP) his competency was in providing strategic and operational solutions to banking and insurance providers, leading the Insurance Center of Excellence and Solutions.
Mr. Gordon received a BS in Industrial Engineering / Operations Research from Northwestern University and an MBA in Finance and Business Economics from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Pat Jenakanandhini serves as ArisGlobal's Chief Product Officer, where he oversees all product strategy and management functions. Prior to ArisGlobal, Pat served as Senior Vice President of Products at Accruent and Chief Technology Officer at BlueCielo, acquiring several years of experience building and delivering SaaS products including serving. During his tenure at Accruent, the company completed 5 acquisitions, built a strong product strategy driving growth that eventually led to Accruent being acquired by Fortive, a large publicly listed company. At BlueCielo, Pat was responsible for driving the transformation of the product, the business and the culture of product & engineering teams to focusing on SaaS. Pat is passionate about building great software that delights users, solves real business problems and provides a superior user experience. Pat lives just outside Boston, MA with his wife, 2 kids and dog. Pat loves building things, home automation, playing video games, and traveling the world. He has an MBA in Finance and dual degrees in Computer Science and Process & Piping Design.

Mr. Riegel currently leads LMC Advisory and is the Executive Chairman of Actigraph, a leader in wearable solutions for clinical trials. He also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Phlexglobal, a provider of clinical technology. Previously, as CEO of LIQUENT, Mr. Riegel was instrumental in transforming the company into a leader in regulatory technology and orchestrated its successful sale to PAREXEL, a global clinical research organization.

Ritu is the Vice President, Corporate Development at ArisGlobal. In this role, she is responsible for enhancing company's strategic growth and capability expansion through execution of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships. She leads due diligence efforts that drive corporate development decisions. Prior to this role, Ritu was the Chief of Staff to CEO where she was responsible for driving key initiatives and programs for the CEO and leadership team. She is also an active member in various committees at ArisGlobal responsible for Sustainability, COVID-19 emergency response, Employee engagement, Customer Success and Business Continuity. During her 25 years in the industry, she has played multiple roles in the areas of Corporate governance, Program Management, Risk management, Quality Compliance, Strategy and Commercial Operations. Before joining ArisGlobal in 2012, she worked with IT organizations like Oracle and TCS. Ritu is a B.Tech in Electrical Engg. from NIT Bhopal, India and has also completed her Executive management program from the Univ. of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Dr. Scott has been appointed the Chairman of the Advisory Board, in addition to serving as a member of ArisGlobal's Board of Directors. Dr. Scott joins the board with over 30 years of experience in the life sciences industry, most recently serving as the Chief Medical Officer and Head of Development at AbbVie, where he led a team of more than 4,000 individuals across 52 countries.
Based out of New York City, Russ is focused on our Professional Services organization along with multiple operational areas of the company in his newly created role of Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining ArisGlobal, Russ served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Altus Group's Global Property Tax business. A former Big 4 consulting partner, executive and technology sales leader, Russ has held P&L responsibility for large divisions, implemented compliance and productivity measures, turned around challenged businesses and projects. He has held senior leadership roles with Altus, FICO, Swiss Re, and Ernst & Young in a career spanning close to 3 decades.
Sankesh Abbhi is the CEO of Abbhi Capital and a member of the Board of Directors. In this role, he is focused on expanding ArisGlobal's business by building a strong and unique platform strategy and launching important new products for the benefit of customers, patients, employees and shareholders. Sankesh has overseen back-to-back years of record growth for ArisGlobal and spearheaded the company's relationship with Nordic Capital, delivering a long-term growth partner and opening a new chapter in ArisGlobal's 30 year history. Sankesh began his career as the founder of Synowledge, a knowledge process outsourcing company that grew to more than 1,000 global employees and was acquired by BioClinica. In that role, he gained a unique perspective on ArisGlobal as a customer, including invaluable functional experience in drug safety, regulatory affairs, medical affairs and clinical development. Sankesh is a seasoned businessman, graduating with a BA in Economics from Columbia University.

Tom Thambert is a member of ArisGlobal's Board of Directors and an Investment Director at Nordic Capital, having joined the firm in March 2014. Tom focuses on investments in healthcare technology and serves on the boards of the pharma technology companies ERT and Cytel. From 2010 to 2014 he worked in the Investment Banking Division at Rothschild in London. Tom holds a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.

She has over 30 years of experience as an operating executive and strategist in the Life Sciences industry. Previously, Ms. Cassese served as CIO of Pfizer's Worldwide Pharmaceuticals Group and was instrumental in the creation and leadership of Pfizer's Global Innovation organization.
