Kevin Humphrys - CEO

Kevin joined Oakland Care Group in February 2022 as Chief Executive Officer. He brings 14 years of senior leadership experience improving quality of life for older adults. Kevin is a seasoned health and social care executive with a passion for delivering person-centred care. Throughout his career, Kevin has transformed services that serve the elderly across the UK. He has led non-profit and for-profit organisations providing care homes, home care, assisted living, memory care, and rehabilitation services. Under Kevin's direction, these provisions of care have thrived through a person-centred philosophy and innovative solutions. Kevin works diligently to leverage his experience and perspective to benefit Oakland Care Group's residents, families, and employees. As a Director for West Sussex Partners in Care, the local association for care providers, Kevin is committed to advocating for the social care sector. Kevin is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, was in the Top 10 of the Social Care Top 30 Leadership Awards 2023 and nominated in the Executive Management category of the Leaders in Care Awards 2023.

Kim Maw

Tony Collins

Tony joined Oakland Care Group as the Financial Administrator in November 2021. A graduate of Mathematics, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and worked for over 30 years in accountancy practices in Sussex, rising to the position of Senior Manager. Tony then sought a change of scenery and assumed the role of Financial Administrator at Oakland Care Group, where his accounting acumen has helped to improve the accounting function and financial reporting of the organisation. In his spare time, Tony enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and is a long-suffering season ticket holder of Brighton and Hove Albion.
