Adam Crabtree

Biography Since Adam joined RG in 2002 he has progressed from Site Manager to Senior project Manager and in 2020 was appointed to the board as Construction Director. Adam possesses over 20 years' experience of working within the construction industry in either a commercial or project management role. The majority of his experience is within the student accommodation, residential and commercial sectors. Adam has worked on all types of projects from new build to remodel, and has a proven track record of successful delivery, meeting the clients requirements on time and within budget. Adam is a exceptional leader and communicator and drives a project from the front at all stages. Adam is very customer focused and attentive to client requirements, actively building excellent relationships for the benefit of the contract, with both the client and the professional team inclusive of all stakeholders. Adam has excellent interpersonal leadership skills that brings the entire workforce and management teams together and ensures that client delivery expectations are exceeded and that the method of the delivery is both safe and professionally managed.

Chris Lambourn

Biography Chris joined RG as a Placement Student in 2000 and quickly progressed to commercial manager before undertaking project management responsibilities. In 2020 Chris was appointed to the board as Construction Director. Chris has worked on a wide range of new build, extension and refurbishment schemes covering a variety of sectors including Residential, Retail, Student Accommodation, Commercial and Distribution. With overall responsibility for setting up all aspects of projects both at Pre construction and Construction delivery stages. He works closely with the Construction and Commercial teams ensuring that both the clients and our expectations are being met at all times. Chris brings a highly valuable level of professional and technical knowledge and experience to RG projects, with problem solving and value engineering solutions second nature, he is a valuable asset to complex and time constrained contracts. With Chris's communication, management skills and enthusiasm he leads the project teams with a culture of high performance.

Dave Dixon - Managing Director

Biography David is the MD and shareholder of RG Group, and a founding partner of RG Real Estate. David has been in the industry for 25 years, and his journey began as a site engineer. His career moved into Construction Management where his time began with RG Group in 1999. Whilst with the business he has operated in the distribution sector and then later managing the Ikea account for the business for several years. In 2008 the relationships held with existing clients led David to start the living space offer for RG Group, in the student accommodation sector. He has developed this sector growth in the business to it now being most of the RG Group business. David was appointed to the RG Board in 2014 and was appointed MD in January 2022. As MD he remains active in all elements of RG Group, while now also being appointed as a board director of RG Real Estate.

Jon Noble - Chairman

Biography Jon is one of the founders of the Company having joined in 1989. Prior to this he was a Partner at Henry Riley & Son (now Riley Consulting)

Mark Hitchcock

Biography Mark joined RG Group as a Cost Manager and has progressed to his current position as Commercial Delivery Director. Prior to joining RG Group, Mark spent 9 years working for Kier where he completed his training and progressed to become a Quantity Surveyor followed by an internal progression to Estimator.

Mick Mullarkey - CFO

Biography Mick joined the RG Group in 1993 as a Commercial Manager overseeing a diverse range of project sectors including residential, retail and commercial projects before joining the board as Commercial Director in 2003. Mick has extensive experience and detailed understanding of the construction process, which has been gained across new build, extension and refurbishment developments, with a wide knowledge of the construction market. Mick is particularly skilled at understanding contracts, budgets and value management. Mick is a great team leader and excellent communicator who will strive to ensure that the wider RG team understand both the business and client goals of a project, adding real value at all process stages.

Trevor Puttick - Chief Commercial Officer

Biography Trevor has been with RG Group since 2003 and joined the Board 2 years later. Trevor has a diverse range of experience within the industry and has been involved in the living space, commercial and retail sectors. Trevor utilises his commercial background to help manage his teams efficiently and effectively. Trevor has gained experience of leading an account team with a number of "Blue Chip" Clients including Morrisons and Marks & Spencer, and has a wide knowledge of current industry initiatives on Strategic Alliances and collaborative working and has assisted Client's in development of their own continuous improvement systems. Trevor is a good communicator and team leader and will always strive to ensure the whole team shares his common ethos of customer focus and adding real value at all stages of the construction process.
