Carl Hedley

Carl began his career in the Container industry in 1996, joining the company that became Ravenstock MSG. He quickly gained experience in all aspects of the business, working at depots in Gateshead and Sunderland, as well as MSG's Los Angeles HQ. In 2004, he was promoted to Depot Manager at Heysham, and then later Middlesbrough. In 2007, he joined Container Sales (UK) Ltd as Container Sales Manager, and was promoted to Director in 2014. Outside of work, Carl enjoys watching or playing a variety of sports such as Golf, Cricket and Football as well as going to the gym. He is also a keen supporter of Newcastle United.

Claire Mounsey

Carl's sister, Claire joined the Container Sales (UK) Ltd team in 2015, bringing along her extensive 15 year experience as a manager at a large global travel group. Her swift acquisition of sector knowledge, facilitated by her management of the office, has contributed to the development of a more dynamic team. In July 2023, Claire was appointed to the Board of Directors. Claire enjoys taking part in regular gym sessions and can often be observed leading the spinning or dance class from the forefront as a fully qualified Personal Trainer. During her spare time Claire loves walking her two crazy cocker spaniels with her family.

Ian Gibson

Ian joined Containers Sales (UK) Ltd as a Director in 2018 after previously working with Keith back in the early 80's at the Port of Sunderland. Ian was Director of Logistics at the Port of Tyne from 2002 to 2015, having previously established the container terminal TLC (Tyne Logistics Company) in 1991. TLC was an integral part of the of the introduction of Containerisation at NMUK (Nissan Manufacturing UK) at their nearby plant in Sunderland. As Director of Logistics, Ian was responsible for all the container, warehousing and distribution for the Port of Tyne. Ian has been a fanatical Newcastle United fan since the 1970's.

Keith Wilson - Founder

Keith brings the benefit of over 40 years experience in the container industry, having started out buying and selling shipping containers, aged 18, at the Port of Sunderland. In 1991 he established Container Sales & Hire Ltd, which had depots in Sunderland, Manchester, Wakefield and Birmingham. It was acquired in 2000 by MSG now known as Algeco. In the year Keith founded Container Sales (UK) Ltd, 2002, the first New "One-Trip" containers began to arrive from China built specially for resale. Realising their endless possibilities, Keith changed the business model to be in the forefront of the revolution in container sales which has developed ever since.
