Anne provides us with specialised employee assistance skills. She has extensive experience in stress management, critical incident debriefing, career change and time limited counselling. A qualified counselor, BACP accredited and UKRC registered, she has both set up and led in-house counseling services for organisations. He is responsible for our management development programs and provides an executive and non-executive appointments service. David also has a degree in economics. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, and has sat on the boards of a number of leading international consultants. He has particular expertise in management assessment, remuneration and recruitment policy and works alongside many established public company clients. In addition, as a trained psychometric assessor, his advice has been invaluable to high growth businesses particularly in the field of succession planning. He is responsible for our management development programmes and provides an executive and non-executive appointments service.

Principal of BDA and executive chairman of our management company.He brings to the company his strategic vision, planning, and executive skills. Coming from a financial background he has extensive commercial experience. An independent thinker, he specialises in helping client companies wishing to restructure, grow or develop. He has led a number of successful turnarounds, acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs and has prepared companies for both trade sale and flotation. Prior to founding Beacondawn in 1993 he was Director of Operation Review for a major UK brewing and leisure company. Before that he was the Group Financial Controller of a publicly quoted property company and the Chief Accountant of a commercial bank. David has an economics degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and sits on the boards of a number of companies, professional associations and charities. He brings to the company his strategic vision, planning, and executive skills. Coming from a financial background he has extensive commercial experience.

Ian has had a long and successful career in marketing, advertising and public relations. He was chairman of the Newlands Knight and Round agency for 12 years and chief executive officer of the Image Management PR consultancy. A feature of Ian's career has been his long and fruitful associations with major clients. He brings to the company an extensive experience of brands, customer base expansion, corporate identity promotion, and communications.
