Akash is a Research Analyst. As a member of the Investment Team, he is responsible for conducting fundamental research for companies within the Seilern Universe, as well as prospective additions. He joined Seilern in 2022, prior to which he was a sell-side Research Analyst at Redburn, covering the retail and sporting goods sector. Akash is a graduate of Cambridge University (BA Hons in Economics) and is a CFA Charterholder. He is fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi.

Cassie joined Seilern in 2015 as the Head of Business Development. Prior to working for Seilern, she spent five years at BNP Paribas, both in New York and London, heading up the marketing efforts for several product lines, from Fixed Income to Equity and Commodity Derivatives. She started her career at Goldman Sachs, as a sales analyst within their Securities Division. Cassie holds a Bachelor's of Science in both Finance and Accounting from Villanova University in Philadelphia.
Charalee is a research analyst. As a member of the investment team, she is responsible for conducting fundamental research for companies within the Seilern Universe, as well as prospective additions. Charalee joined Seilern in early 2022, having previously worked as an Investment Manager at Ruffer where she supported the flagship, multi-asset international fund and managed portfolios for institutional clients. She graduated from James Cook University, Australia, with a first class honours degree in Business and Laws and is a CFA Charterholder.

Chris is an Investor Relations and Marketing Analyst. As a member of the Client Services team, he is responsible for creating and distributing marketing materials, client reporting and managing client relationships. He joined Seilern in May 2019 having previously worked as a Client Executive at Schroders. Chris is a graduate of Aston University where he studied International Business and Management and spent a year abroad studying at the University of Mannheim in Germany.

Corentin is a Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager. As a member of the Investment Team, he is responsible for conducting fundamental research for companies within the Seilern Universe, as well as prospective additions. He has been with Seilern Investment Management Ltd. since 2013. Corentin graduated from Reims Management School in 2011 with a degree in International Business. He then completed a Masters in Finance at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Reims in 2012 (ESC Reims), graduating with honours. He is a CFA charterholder. He is fluent in French, English, and Spanish.

Fatima is Risk and Internal Audit Manager at Seilern Investment Management, responsible for managing business risks as well as performing the firms' internal audits. Prior to joining Seilern in June 2015, Fatima worked in the charity sector and started her career in the client services team at Barclays Bank. Fatima obtained her BA in Middle Eastern Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies graduating with honours and obtained a master's degree in Politics at the University of London. Fatima holds the CISI Investment Operations Certificate, the CISI Certificate in Managing Operational Risk in Financial Institutions as well as the IIA Certificate in Internal Audit and Business Risk. Fatima is fluent in English, Arabic and Swahili.

Fernando is a Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager. As a member of the Investment Team, he is responsible for conducting fundamental research for companies within the Seilern Universe, as well as prospective additions. He joined Seilern at the beginning of 2014. Prior to that, Fernando worked as a fund selector for Lazard Wealth Management in Madrid. He obtained undergraduate and master's degrees in business management from the Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros and a second master's degree in portfolio management from the Instituto de Estudios Bursatiles in Madrid. Fernando is fluent in English and Spanish.

John is a Trader and Operations Analyst. John is responsible for trade execution as well as assisting in the development of the firm's investment and trading operations. He has been with Seilern Investment Management Ltd. since October 2018. Prior to joining Seilern, John was a Fund Manager Assistant at Barings Asset Management where he initially was responsible for assisting in the implementation of investment strategy within their Multi Asset Group before transitioning to the Pan European Equities team. John graduated from the University of Brighton in 2010 with a degree in Business Management and holds the Level 4 Investment Management Certificate.

Karl joined Seilern in 2019 as Investment Specialist. His responsibilities include advising clients in the DACH region. Prior to that, he ran his own Multi Family Office boutique, focussing on fund selection and strategic asset allocation to structure multi-manager, multi-asset-class portfolios. Karl started his career in 1994 in accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hamburg. In 1996, he joined 3i Group plc as Private Equity Investor, focussing on direct investments in the German "Mittelstand". 1999-2005, he worked with Morgan Stanley International to build their asset management business for German-speaking UHNWI and semi-institutional investors. He continued to serve this client segment at Credit Suisse Investment Partners until 2010. Karl holds a Diplom-Kaufmann (MSc) degree in accounting from University of Cologne and an MBA (honors) in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management, Evanston/Chicago, where he studied as a Fulbright Scholar. He is fluent in German and English.
Louis is responsible for business development in the UK Wholesale market for Seilern Investment Management Ltd. He joined Seilern in January 2021 having previously been Sales Director at Jupiter Asset Management, where he spent the bulk of his career (17 years) as well as holding senior distribution roles for a private equity business and S.W. Mitchell Capital, a London-based equity investment boutique. He studied Law at University College London and English Literature at Kings College, London.

Marco is a Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager. He joined Seilern in 2018, prior to which he was an investment manager at Standard Life Aberdeen, having worked across Australian, Asian and Pan European equity markets. Marco started his career in 2009 as a forensic auditor for KPMG, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant before working in KPMG's Corporate Finance division as a financial modeller. Marco holds a Commerce degree from the University of Sydney, and is a CFA charterholder. Marco is fluent in English and Italian.

Nina is a Research Analyst at Seilern. She joined Seilern in November 2019. Previously she worked as an analyst on the European small-mid caps team in BNP Paribas Asset Management in Paris. She started her career at Oriental Mutual Fund in Beijing before she joined Bank of China International as an Equity analyst. She graduated from Beijing University of Astronautics and Aeronautics (BA in Material Science & Engineering and MA in Management & Economics). She then completed MBA in Finance at HEC Paris. She is fluent in English and Chinese.

Nikhil is a Trader at Seilern Investment Management and is responsible for trade execution and TCA analysis across the Seilern Funds. Nikhil also assists in the firm's investment operations, including managing counterparty relationships and project work. Prior to joining Seilern, he worked as a Multi Asset Retail Trader at Seven Investment Management. Nikhil graduated from Robert Gordon University in 2016 with a degree in Accounting & Finance. He then completed an MSc in Finance & Investment at Loughborough University, graduating with a distinction.

Peri is the Company Secretary and Finance Officer of Seilern Investment Management. She joined Seilern in May 2017 from Ernst & Young LLP, where she was an audit manager within the Wealth and Asset Management department; specialising in hedge funds, investment trusts, wealth managers and private banks. Prior to that, Peri had worked in two small and medium size audit firms, Wilder Coe LLP and Price Baily LLP, starting Wilder Coe LLP as a school leaver. In Wilder Coe LLP, she trained and passed the AAT and ACA exams, becoming a full member of the ACA in September 2012. Peri has around 10 years' experience in accounting and audit, and over 3 years specialising in the Financial Services sector.

Peter is the Chairman, Director and the controller of Seilern Investment Management. Peter has been active in the financial services industry since 1973 when he joined Creditanstalt-Bankverein in Vienna. He served as an institutional portfolio manager with Hambros Bank Limited between 1979 and 1986. In 1986 he joined Notz, Stucki and Cie, Geneva and London, where he managed private client portfolios until 1989.

Quentin is a research analyst and Portfolio Manager. He started his career at Macquarie Bank, working both in London and in Hong Kong. Roselyn is the Compliance Oversight Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer at Seilern Investment Management. She has worked in both the financial services and legal services industries. She joined Seilern in April 2018, having previously worked as the Compliance Oversight Officer at MeritKapital. She started her career interning at Goldman Sachs, Regulatory Internal Audit team. She is a graduate of the University of Warwick (BA Hons in Law and Business) and also holds a CISI Level 6 Investment Compliance professional qualification.

Stuart is the Chief Operating Officer at Seilern. Prior to joining Seilern, Stuart Gunderson was Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and a Founding Partner of Kiltearn. Stuart started his career in 1997, working at firms including Deutsche Bank, HSBC Global Fund Services, Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management and Franklin Templeton Investments. He has vast experience in a number of operational and servicing roles and has strategically and successfully managed business change throughout his career by focussing on enhanced client service, reduction in risk and cost management. Stuart is qualified from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments (C.I.S.I).

Tassilo is a graduate of Trinity College in Dublin (BA Hons in Philosophy and Political Science) and holds a Diploma of the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna. Tassilo is fluent in English, German and Spanish.
