Andrew has worked in the pumping industry for 35+ years, working and gaining experience across the seas in Canada and America and also previously here in the UK. He has accrued a lot of knowledge along the way and is passionate about sharing that knowledge and experience with clients and colleagues to ensure a first-class service with Pump Supplies. Starting off as an apprentice, he has built up a reputation within the industry for his expertise, with 25 years of his experience specifically water industry related. Welcome to the team, Andrew!

Jo is a CIMA qualified accountant who joined Pump Supplies in November 2021 and looks after the Finance, IT and HR functions of the business.
Having qualified over 20 years ago and worked in finance for all of her career, Jo brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Company. Prior to Pump Supplies, Jo worked in a number of senior finance roles in various industries including Plant Hire, Retail and Recruitment.

Luke is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and has over 25 years' experience working in the water industry, having worked for Wessex Water for most of his career. He is passionate about delivering high-quality products and services to customers and ensuring the safety and well-being of his team. He joined the Pump Supplies team in September 2023.
Neil is responsible for the Pump Supplies business in the NE region of the country based at the Winsford Depot. Neil joined Pump Supplies 18 years ago, responsible for the opening and subsequent growth of the business in this region. Prior to joining Pump Supplies, Neil received his training at Ingersoll Rand and subsequently worked with pumps and pump systems with Componenta International, Sykes Pumps and ITT Flygt.
Paul has worked for Pump Supplies for more than 20 years and has a wealth of knowledge on all matters to do with Pumps and Pumping Systems.
Paul has built a great reputation with our many customers across the South Wales region and ensures we provide a great service from our Port Talbot depot.

Having worked in a number of Senior Management Roles for Xylem Water Solutions for over 20 years, Peter joined Pumps Supplies in November 2018 in the role of Commercial Manager.
Peter took over his role at Pump Supplies Ltd in June 2021. Prior to joining Xylem, Peter worked in the Steel Industry for over 10 years delivering OEM steel processing equipment solutions.

Rob Bessant, Contracts Manager at Pump Supplies, commented: "We conducted a full site review to determine the required additional capability and potential layout of the pumping system. With numerous needs for water within a quarry, such as stone cutting, it's not just a case of implementing a system to remove nuisance water from site but also process water, so we had to take this into consideration when specifying equipment.
Rob has been with Pump Supplies since 1998, originally joining the business as a sales engineer. Now responsible for all large contracts, Rob has delivered some huge overpumping schemes and works tirelessly with many of our key customers to deliver the right solutions.
Prior to joining Pump Supplies, Rob worked on many Construction and Tunnelling schemes both in the UK and further afield.

Steve has spent 16 years with Pump Supplies with the last 9 years focused on large projects & the development of hire fleet control equipment including on-going electrical support & training across all depots.
Ten years as a time served engineer with ICI, Steve has also served as an Electrical Officer in the Merchant Navy & has 7 years hands on & management experience gained at Severn Trent Water covering both clean & dirty water engineering environments.
Terry Macsweeney is based in Wexford and looks after the business interests of Pumps Supplies in the Republic of Ireland
