Andy has been with the business since 1991 and has over twenty five years experience in the field. He has direct responsibility to ensure the service department is at all times responsive to the needs of the client base and to ensure that the service team have up to date training and certification.

Within her role of Quality Assurance Manager, Annette is in constant contact with clients to ensure that service calls to machines are met within the 2-4 hour response levels. She is responsible for ISO 9001 and ensuring quality control across all departments.

Ben has over 15 years experience within document solutions and information technology . He is fully certified with print management software and a history of working with varying different manufacturers. Ben heads up the newly formed print and document solutions division.

Len brings a wealth of IT experience to Swifts IT and managed print portfolio. He has a passion for developing long term relationships with customers and ensures that projects are delivered within agreed deadlines.

A Co-founding member Phillip has direct responsibility for the company's finances. Phillip has a wealth of knowledge and experience and runs his own accountancy practice.
Sue joins us with a wealth of experience in customer service and has worked in a variety of industries, including banking and food distribution. She looks after our contracts and credit control and likes to put herself in the customer's shoes to try and help them as much as possible. Using her years of knowledge, she will help create efficiencies within the business and drive a greater understanding of the needs of our customers.
