Ant has a background in sustainable horticulture, specialising in pioneering novel biological crop protection systems for various pests and diseases.
Raised on an ornamental plant production business, his passion for environmentally friendly solutions is deeply rooted. Ant has a BSc Hons in plant science and is a BASIS qualified advisor.

With a background in office management and customer service in the automation sector, Christine entered the world of accounting, working in several industries before settling at Ecospray in 2018. Christine currently holds AATQB status with further studies in Accountancy ongoing .

PhD in Bio-organic Chemistry (Germany), MS in Industrial Chemistry (Pakistan), Awais leads the regulatory portfolio of Ecospray in the UK as well rest of the world, with a keen interest to develop the chemistry around present regulatory scenarios.
Edward van Cutsem is Co-Founder and Partner of Westerly Winds, a venture investment and corporate advisory firm with a focus on tech-enabled early growth stage opportunities across a broad range of sectors.
Prior to founding Westerly Winds, Mr van Cutsem was a Managing Director at BlackRock.
Edward has been Chairman of Ecospray since March 2021 and a shareholder since the company's inception. Ecospray is committed to the advancement of ethical and sustainably sourced food production, via the scientific development and commercialisation of naturally based pesticides, fungicides, bio-tonics and decision support systems. In addition Mr van Cutsem's conservation interests extend abroad through his role as Vice President of Fauna and Flora International.

Peter joined Ecospray from Agrovista UK where he had been head of commercial strategy and responsible for their export business since 2016.
Prior to that, Peter had senior roles in AF Group, the largest UK farmer owned buying group where he was responsible for crop protection purchasing.
He has also held senior roles in Monsanto in the Philippines and Certis Europe where he was country manager in the UK responsible for both the conventional crop protection business as well as the macro biologicals business BCP.
He also spent 20 years working for Syngenta in Asia during his early career.
Will Symonds has a wealth of big company experience with PwC, Heinz and Energizer in the UK, US and Asia. He has been working with start-up and high growth SME businesses in Asia and Eastern England for the last nine years. Will has been Ecospray CFO since 2017. Will is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He read economics and mathematics at the University of Cambridge.
