Bill Beaumont Textiles specialises in both traditional and contemporary fabrics for use in window coverings and upholstery. The Chairman of the company is former England and Lions rugby captain and Question of Sports star Bill Beaumont. Due to the amateur nature of the sport alongside playing the sport, Bill had a career which was within the textile industry. Bill Beaumont's great-great-grandfather Joseph Hargreaves was the founder of the business and originally set up a weaving shed in Lancashire all the way back in 1888. In the present day, Bill Beaumont works alongside his wife Hilary who is the design director of the company and their eldest son Daniel who is the Managing Director. Bill Beaumont textiles are a leading brand in the home furnishings industry and their mission is to provide all their customers with inspiration in design, excellent customer service, and value for money. Bill Beaumont is still involved with rugby and is currently Chairman of the Rugby Football Union. He dedicates a lot of time to his textile industry making sure that each range combines traditional and contemporary design and to provide excellent customer service for all customers. In addition to this, Bill Beaumont also produces made to measure textiles such as curtains, blinds and cushion covers.

Bill Toon sadly died in 1999. After the retirements of Jean, and Bill's brother, John, Belinda became the new MD in 2003. She is Bill and Jean's eldest daughter.

Ena Shaw founded the brand back in the 1930s as an independent small interiors shop since then it has gone on to become one of the leading suppliers of made-to-measure furniture in the country.
