Carl Brian, BSc Eng ACA, Chairman of the Headcrown Group, is a graduate civil engineer and a chartered accountant by training. Appointed to the main board in 1995, Carl previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Management Consulting division and subsequently for his own business.
He was Chairman of the Cruden Group between 2006 and 2009, before resuming his role as Chairman and Chief Executive from December 2012.
JF Finnegan is a contractor developer which operates across the UK. Finnegan operate mainly in the private sector, developing commercial, industrial and mixed use schemes in its own right or acting as the main contractor on similar schemes for private developers. As well as new build, the company has an extensive track record in renovating and redeveloping heritage buildings. The business operates a joinery business serving both third party clients and in-house contracts to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
Simon Camamile MRICS brings to the Board a real expertise of the UK property market, being a leading member of Jones Lang LaSalle's National Investment Business and The Industrial Markets Business which he set up and ran from 1997.
London and throughout the UK together with development and funding advice, and management of business for clients. He has significant recent experience in a broad range of markets including industrial, retail, office and business park markets.
