Our software development leader with over 30 years' experience managing and developing applications for both the desktop and internet.
Andrew has worked for Prosys Computing since 2004 developing and designing Sage 200 customisations and general line of business applications for our customers meeting their specific requirements. He has also developed a multitude of generic Sage 200 add-ons to enhance the power of Sage's application.
Gary established the business in 1992 with a vision to provide growing SMEs with high-quality consultancy, training and support services alongside implementing accounting systems. Having built one of the most experienced teams of Sage 200 professionals in the UK to support our sizable customer base, Gary now focuses on continuous improvement and business development.
Helen is the voice of the business and usually the first person you speak to if you phone the office. Helen is our Accounts and Office Administrator generating the invoices for our customers and paying our suppliers, as well as keeping a close eye on everyone to keep us in order.
Helen also manages contracts, licence renewals and a myriad of other administrative duties.
James joined the business in 1998 and is our longest-serving colleague. James supports our Sage 200 customers with systems maintenance, software upgrades and installations, and troubleshooting those tricky technical problems that may arise that nobody else understands.
Jim is a highly experienced software developer and joined the development team in 2017, providing bespoke solutions to our Sage 200 customers through customisation of the system.

Lee is our principal Sage CRM consultant. In 12 years of working with Sage CRM, both as a Consultant and an End User Administrator, he has amassed a wealth of CRM and business processes knowledge that he uses to help our customers get the best out of their Sage CRM systems.
Lee works with our customers not just from a technical point of view but also helps them understand the difference a well-designed CRM system can make to their business. A strong advocate of Sage CRM as an essential marketing, sales and customer management tool, he leads every step of our CRM projects from design to implementation and training to meet the precise needs of each customer.
Lee also works within our development team, providing technical support to customers and the team internally.

Suzanne joined us back in 2000, after a varied career in Accountancy and IT Administration. With her experience of Sage and associated modules, Suzanne brings a wealth of knowledge to any implementation, offering help and guidance throughout the process.
Suzanne also presents our monthly customer webinars, offering bitesize training sessions to our customers.
Tania joined us in 1998 shortly after James and is our second longest-serving colleague. With vast experience of accounting systems over the years, Tania supports Sage 50 and most Sage 200 modules and related products including Financials, the Commercial Stock and Order Processing modules as well as Manufacturing and Project Accounting.
