The BH&HPA plays a crucial role in promoting and protecting holiday and residential parks. As the "Next Generation" within my family's group of holiday parks, contributing to the BH&HPA also allows me to better understand our customers and future-proof our parks, so holidays can be enjoyed for generations to come!'... The parks industry can be traced back to the beginning of the 20th century, but the BH&HPA itself was first formed in 1950, under its original name of the National Federation of Site Operators (NFSO). This came after a post-war surge in the popularity of camping and caravanning, which in turn saw a rapid and unmanaged rise in the numbers and types of caravan businesses... Through our network of 27 branches across the UK, we provide members up and down the country with an established, friendly community of responsible park owners and managers. Members celebrate each other's successes, share best practice throughout the industry and unite to tackle the pressing challenges..
