Alan is a Senior Architectural Technician in Boyer's Design team based in Wokingham. Alan's experience spans over 19 years' experience in residential architecture varying from one-off houses to large developments of up to 700 units. Alan brings to Boyer his extensive experience and flair for technical knowledge on architectural work ranging in RIBA stages from 3-5. At Boyer, he is currently involved in a wide range of projects from a major brownfield regeneration site to numerous infill developments across England. Alan is passionate about detailed design and problem solving. He goes to great lengths to ensure that all of his project have been delivered to a high standard and meets client requirements.
Alice is a Chartered Town Planner in Boyer's London office. She initially began at Boyer in 2017 as an intern whilst studying for her Urban Studies and Planning degree at University of Sheffield.
She returned permanently in 2018 and Alice has worked on a wide range of projects within London and the wider South East. These have been predominantly residential schemes, but Alice has also gained experience in other development sectors including office, hospitality, student housing, retail and waste management. She has also spent nearly a year in the Land team to identify development opportunities across the South East, which has given her a strong commercial awareness.
Alice started her career with Boyer in July 2022 as a Graduate Planner working in the Colchester office. Before joining, she graduated from Heriot-Watt University with a BSc (Hons) in Urban Planning and Property Development, and is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute via the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) programme. During her time at Boyer she has assisted the office with a wide range of projects of varying size and sector, including the residential and commercial sectors, across the East of England.

Alyson is a Director in Boyer's Wokingham office. Alyson joined Boyer in April 2019 and helps to lead the Wokingham team. Alyson has around 20 years planning consultancy experience acting on behalf of developers, funds, institutions and registered providers. Alyson has successfully promoted sites and negotiated complex planning permissions across a range of projects including large scale mixed use urban extensions, later living, employment, retail and leisure across the South East and Thames Valley. Alyson excels in client management ensuring that all her projects are delivered with expertise, enthusiasm and commerciality.
Amy joined Boyer as a Graduate Planner after completing her studies at Sheffield Hallam University in MSc Urban Planning. On the course, she gained understanding in a broad range of issues associated with planning, development and design.
Previously, Amy have gained work experience with local councils in relation to community planning and local developments. Amy brings to Boyer a collaborative as well as a hands-on approach in an environment that is supportive whilst working towards her APC for the RTPI.
Ananya leads the Design service at Boyer and is responsible for the strategic growth and operations of the Service. With a primary training in Architecture and a qualified Urban Designer, Ananya looks after Boyer's masterplanning and regeneration portfolio. Her experience spans over 15 years of designing and delivering high-profile strategic sites for private developers across the UK. With a specialism in Architectural History, Ananya also has extensive experience of working with listed buildings and designing complex residential led schemes around them and in sensitive context. An innovative thinker and a strong believer in collaborative working, Ananya brings her expertise, creativity, energy and leadership to all her projects, team and clients.
Andrew has over 40 years of experience in planning including working at Mid Glamorgan County Council, the HBF, Beazer Homes , Persimmon and Harmers Planning Consultants. .Andrew has a wide range of experience including development plans, planning appraisals, land acquisition, residential and minerals planning applications, EIA and planning appeals.
Andrew is Managing Director of the company having joined in 2005. Working closely with the company's directors and the wider Group, Andrew has overall responsibility for its strategic direction and growth. He has over 35 years of experience in both the public and private sectors working on residential, retail, leisure, commercial, heritage and education projects for clients across the country. In addition to leading multi-disciplinary teams on projects across all sectors, Andrew has acted as expert witness at Section 78 Inquiries and appeared at Examinations in Public. Andrew's collaborative and supportive approach to his work is reflected in his relationships with clients and the culture of the company.
Anna joined Boyer in October 2022, strengthening the Administration team in providing central support to all of Boyer's offices and services.
Anna has over 10 years' experience working as an Office Manager and Senior Administrator, bringing to the role her organisational skills and her ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Anna approaches her responsibilities with honesty and enthusiasm; she is dedicated to extending her skill set and has a strong creative side.
Annabelle is a planner working across Boyer's Cardiff and Bristol offices. Prior to joining Boyer, Annabelle completed her Bsc Human Geography and Planning Undergraduate Degree at Cardiff University, through which she completed a 14-month placement working in Development Management at a Local Authority in London. Using this experience, Annabelle applies and continuously develops her knowledge on projects across Wales and the South-West.
