Chris Shelley is the Director of Student and Academic Services at the University of Greenwich, where he leads a range of services and functions that are crucial to the student experience.
Previously Chris was Director of Student Services at King's College London for over four and a half years, where he revitalised health and wellbeing services and integrated multiple functions to improve their impact on students.
Prior to working at King's he spent over six years at the National Union of Students in a range of roles covering students' union development and their roles as charities. Chris is an alumnus of Liverpool Hope University.

Hannah is a Human Resources specialist, who joined the Board of Trustees in 2020.
Ivan joined Northamptonshire Police Service in 1997 where he carried out a variety of roles, mainly as a detective. He is a Senior Investigating Officer, Strategic Firearms Commander and was previously a Hostage Negotiator dealing with armed robberies, firearms and drug related crimes.
In 2012, he successfully passed the Police National Assessment Centre and attended the Strategic Command Course in 2016. In 2016 he headed the Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Command in London as Operational Commander. He was responsible for all high-profile sexual offences within London, including historic crimes. He was then appointed as the Metropolitan Police's Commander for Intelligence and Covert Policing, responsible for establishing strategic working with key stakeholders, including Surveillance Commissioners. Ivan has also pioneered a number of high-profile policing initiatives such as 'Live Facial Recognition' .
In July 2017, Ivan was appointed the NPCC National Policing Lead for Honour-Based Abuse: Forced Marriage and Female Genital Mutilation. Here, he lead on the design and implementation of a new HBA policing plan, was responsible for quality performance delivery as well as ensuring England & Wales Police Forces adhered to HMICFRS Recommendations and the Home Offices National Oversight Group, and made legislative changes to FGM/FM Protection Orders ensuring they were managed in an efficient and effective way, as well as obtaining preeminent criminal convictions for Forced Marriage & Female Genital Mutilation in England & Wales.

- Finance Committee in 2015 As a Charity Finance Expert
Jennifer joined the Finance Committee in 2015 as a charity finance expert to support the treasurer, other trustees and staff with specialist knowledge and experience. She spent more than 20 years working as a qualified accountant before taking a career break and is currently engaged with a number of voluntary activities.
Her accounting career covered all aspects of financial activities with a large and complicated group of charities as well as accounting for endowment fund investments and pensions schemes. Key areas of experience include financial and statutory reporting, systems implementation, data management and process improvement.
Joanna has worked at the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB), an umbrella body of INGOs, Civil Society, Academia and Business focused on the elimination of avoidable blindness since 2010. Her role as Director of Development and Communications also includes responsibility for Membership and procurement services for the sector. Joanna has over 15 years' experience in fundraising across disability, heritage and the arts. Prior to joining IAPB she worked at Standard Chartered Bank developing their flagship CSR programme Seeing is Believing.

- Head of Commissioning Projects for the Youth Custody Service
Shaila is Head of Commissioning Projects for the Youth Custody Service in Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS). An experienced project manager, Shaila has c20 years' experience working in criminal justice and community safety. She has previously worked for the Ministry of Justice, the Department for Education and Lambeth Council. Whilst at Lambeth, Shaila was the Youth Offending Service Senior Operations Manager and prior to that, Youth & Violent Crime Coordinator for the borough. In this role, she developed and managed the council's response to managing critical incidents and delivered community safety projects and programmes to address serious violence, youth crime and anti-social behaviour. This included commissioning the boroughs' first Independent Sexual Violence Advisor service, south London's first gang intervention programme and an award-winning media campaign targeting perpetrators of sexual violence.
Shaila was also Deputy Chair of Governors for Lambeth Alternative Education Provision between 2010 and 2013.
Steve was appointed as a Trustee in November 2018. A qualified Accountant his career covered a variety of roles in Food Retailing, Property, Financial Appraisal, Business Performance, and Investment. He retired in 2018.
During his career Steve manged specialist teams supporting business decision making in many areas including capital investments, business closures and disposals and major property transactions. He has extensive experience of working with cross functional teams providing financial advice and support. Steve is a Fellow of Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
