Adam J. Palmer

Adam J. Palmer has been a Director of Triumph since June 2010. Mr. Palmer is currently a Managing Director and Head of the Global Aerospace, Defense and Government Services Group at The Carlyle Group ("Carlyle"), a global alternative asset management firm. Prior to joining Carlyle in 1996, Mr. Palmer was with Lehman Brothers focusing on mergers, acquisitions and financings for aerospace, defense and information services companies. Mr. Palmer also currently serves on the boards of directors of Sequa Corporation, Wesco Aircraft Holdings, Inc., Global Jet Capital, LLC, Dynamic Precision Group, Inc. and Novetta Solutions. Mr. Palmer served as a member of Vought's board of directors from 2000 until the Vought Acquisition and led the negotiations on behalf of Carlyle that culminated in Triumph's acquisition of Vought from equity funds affiliated with Carlyle. Mr. Palmer was a director of Landmark U.S. Holdings, LLC from October 2012 until February 2016. Mr. Palmer joined the Board as part of an arrangement in connection with the Vought Acquisition. The Board benefits from Mr. Palmer's deep familiarity with Vought's business acquired through his years of involvement in developing its business as a Carlyle investment. The Board also benefits from Mr. Palmer's knowledge and understanding of the aerospace and defense industry, acquired through his years of active involvement as an investor, as well as his understanding of management issues derived from his participation on corporate boards.

Barbara Humpton

Barbara Humpton joined the joined Triumph Groups' Board of Directors in September 2019. Ms.Humpton is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens USA where she leads strategy, operations and services for the largest subsidiary of Siemens AG, one of the world's largest producers of energy-efficient, resource-saving technologies. Ms. Humpton joined Siemens in 2011 and held roles of increasing responsibility in the Siemens Government Technologies business, ultimately being named President and CEO of the business. Prior to joining Siemens, Ms. Humpton was a Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton where she was responsible for program performance and new business development for technology consulting with the Department of Justice and Department of Homeland Security. Earlier, Ms. Humpton served as Vice President at Lockheed Martin with responsibility for Biometrics Programs, Border and Transportation Security and Critical Infrastructure Protection.

Colleen C. Repplier

Colleen Repplier joined the joined Triumph Groups' Board of Directors in August 2019. Ms. Repplier retired in June 2018 as Vice President and General Manager of Johnson Controls (JCI) responsible for a $4.5 billion global portfolio of HVAC businesses with 20,000 employees. She had previously been with Tyco International since 2007, holding the title of President of the fire protection products strategic business unit during that time and joined JCI in 2016 as a result of JCI's purchase of Tyco. Prior to Tyco, Ms. Repplier held senior leadership positions at The Home Depot from 2005 to 2007. Prior to 2005, Ms. Repplier spent 20 years in the energy industry, holding engineering and marketing roles with Westinghouse Electric Company and Bechtel Corporation as well as progressing through commercial and general management assignments at General Electric.

Daniel J. Crowley - CEO, Chairman, President

Daniel J. Crowley joined Triumph Group in 2016 as President & CEO where he leads a team of over 10,000 men and women across over 42 sites who provide systems, structures, and aftermarket services for commercial and defense aerospace applications. In this role, Dan has led a comprehensive turnaround, portfolio restructuring, return to profitable growth and restoration of customer and investor confidence. Mr. Crowley brings 35 years of industry experience where he has held key leadership roles in the development, production and deployment of some of the largest and most complex aerospace and defense products, including unmanned and reconnaissance aircraft, launch vehicles, commercial and classified spacecraft, missile defense systems, flight training and logistics, tactical fighters, and air traffic and command and control systems. Dan joined Triumph from Raytheon Company where he served as President of Integrated Defense Systems since 2013, with annual revenues over $6 billion, and Network Centric Systems from 2010. Prior to working at Raytheon, Mr. Crowley held senior leadership positions at Lockheed Martin, including President of their training and logistics business, Executive Vice President of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program and Chief Operating Officer of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. As COO, he was responsible for supporting Lockheed Martin's key tactical fighter and military transport programs as well as the Advanced Development Programs (Skunk Works®) organization. Under his oversight, critical franchise aerospace and defense programs have contributed billions of dollars in backlog and revenue to their respective prime contractors in support of domestic and international customers. Dan earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a master's degree in manufacturing systems engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He also received a master's degree in management from Stanford University as a Sloan Fellow.

Daniel P. Garton

Mr. Garton was named President and Chief Executive Officer of AMR Eagle Holding Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AMR (AMR Eagle), in June 2010 until 2014. He was tasked with strategic evaluation of American Eagle Airlines and whether there would be a possible divestiture. The spin-off was cancelled after American Airlines filed for bankruptcy and merged with US Airways. Prior to this role, Mr. Garton served as Executive Vice President-Marketing of American from September 2002 to June 2010. He was responsible for American's Reservations, AA.com, Flight Service, Sales, the AAdvantage® travel awards program, Advertising and Corporate Communications. In addition, Garton had responsibility for unveiling American's Gogo® Inflight Wireless Internet service and revolutionizing award travel by introducing the popular "One-Way Flex Awards," giving AAdvantage members more options when redeeming award travel. Garton served as Executive Vice President-Customer Services of American from January 2000 to September 2002 and Senior Vice President-Customer Services of American from 1998 to January 2000. Prior to that, he served as president of AMR Eagle from 1995 to 1998. Except for two years as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Continental Airlines between 1993 and 1995, he had served AMR in various management positions since 1984. Mr. Garton is a trustee of Liberty Property Trust and board member of Republic Airways.

Dawne S. Hickton

Dawne S. Hickton joined Triumph's Board of Directors in 2015. She is the former Vice Chair, President and CEO of RTI International Metals, Inc. (NYSE:RTI), and served as a member of their Board of Directors from 2007 to 2015. Prior to being named CEO of RTI, Ms. Hickton held the positions of Senior Vice President Administration and Principal Financial Officer. Currently, she is the President and Founding Partner of Cumberland Highstreet Partners Inc., a consulting services firm established in 2016. Dawne is the Deputy Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, as well as a member of the Boards of Directors of Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. and Haynes International. In addition, Ms. Hickton is a Board member of the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum; The Wings Club; and Corporate Angel Network. She is a Past President and Board member of the International Titanium Association (ITA) and Member of the University of Pittsburgh Board of Trustees. Dawne is also an operating consultant to Virgo Private Equity Investment Fund.

Frank Dubey

Frank Dubey serves as Executive Vice President and special advisor to the CEO. He joined Triumph Group in November 2018 as the Executive Vice President of the Integrated Systems business unit. Frank brings a depth of expertise within the aerospace industry having worked at Safran, Danaher, Eaton, Parker Hannifin and most recently as the COO at Thales InFlyt Experience. Frank's extensive executive experiences include leading the Engine and Fuel Systems Divisions at Eaton and within the Control Systems Division at Parker Hannifin. Frank received his degree in electro-mechanical engineering from ESME in Paris, France and completed the International Executive Program at the INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Gary Tenison

Gary Tenison serves as the Vice President, Strategy and Business Development of Triumph Group, a $3.7B global leader in aerospace structures, aircraft systems & components, and repair & overhaul. Mr. Tenison graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering in 1985 and completed his Executive MBA at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. Prior to joining Triumph Group in 2017, his career includes roles at Goodrich, Eaton Aerospace, and Kaman Aerospace. He has dedicated his career to the aerospace industry in leadership positions spanning R&D, product development, program management, marketing and business development. Mr. Tenison is married and has four children. His hobbies include boating and rebuilding vintage Japanese motorcycles.

Jim Berberet

As the President of Triumph Product Support (TPS) since Jan 2020, Jim Berberet has led Triumph MRO sites to increase business growth and improved operational performance across multiple MRO facilities. Prior to Jan 2020, Jim was President of Triumph Accessory Services - Wellington and Accessory Services - Grand Prairie sites. Jim continues to drive strategic and operational levels across TPS thru TOS via technical and business aspects to effectively deliver quality solutions to the customer. He is also on the Board of Triumph/Air France JV xCelle Americas for new gen Nacelle MRO. Jim joined Triumph Aftermarket Services in March 2008 as Vice President Business Development in Phoenix, AZ. He has more than 30 years of experience in the aviation industry, including airline, OEM and MRO. Jim has an Airframe and Powerplant license and received his bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University and earned an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. Jim and his wife Jean live in Andover, KS and travel to keep up with their two adult daughters.

James McCabe joined Triumph in August 2016 from Steel Partners Holdings where he last served as Senior Vice President and CFO, President, Shared Services, and SVP and CFO of its affiliates Handy & Harman and Steel Excel. Prior to joining Steel Partners Holdings, McCabe served as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of American Water's Northeast Region, and President and CFO of Teleflex Aerospace, which served the global aviation industry. McCabe received a Bachelor of Science degree in business and economics from Lehigh University. He has previously qualified as a certified public accountant and Six Sigma Green Belt, and served as a member of the Board of Governors and the Civil Aviation Council Executive Committee for the Aerospace Industries Association.

Justin Wolfanger

Justin Wolfanger is the Operating Company President for Systems, Electronics and Controls (SEC) reporting directly to the Chairman, President and CEO Dan Crowley. He is responsible for the Profit and Loss for SEC supporting three (3) sites in Forest, Ohio, Windsor, Connecticut and West Hartford Connecticut. SEC products include engine controls, environmental controls, heat exchangers, and actuation systems for military and commercial aircraft. In 2012, Justin joined Triumph in Program Management where his focus was managing a major OEM relationship for the West Hartford site. Justin has held increasing roles of responsibilities in Business Development, Program Management, Contracts & Contracts Administration. Prior to Triumph Group, Justin has twelve years of aerospace and defense engineering, project management, and integrated product team lead experience from Sikorsky Aircraft. He began his career as an Avionics & Flight Test Engineer on the UH-60 Black Hawk program including numerous international models with the responsibility for in-country sales, design, and delivery to the customer. Justin holds a US patent #9,803,958 for a weapons stores processor panel for aircraft. Justin received his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University New Haven. He completed his Dual MBA in Management and Marketing and holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the Quinnipiac University School of Business. In his spare time, Justin enjoys hiking, running and playing golf. In 2018, Justin was inducted into his high school Athletic Hall of Fame for Cross-Country and Track & Field.

Lance Turner - CHRO, SVP, VP

Lance Turner joined Triumph Group in September 2017 as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. He leads the HR, Communications, and Environmental Health & Safety functions across the entire enterprise to establish policies and practices that benefit both the company and its 14,000 employees. Lance is responsible for the global employee experience, safety, communications, talent acquisition, employee engagement, recognition, compensation and benefits, payroll, labor relations for represented employees and contingent labor. Prior to joining the company, he served as Vice President of Human Resources for CenturyLink in Monroe, Louisiana, where his responsibilities included talent management, performance management, organizational design, executive succession, employee engagement, training, learning and development. Lance also spent 13 years at Honeywell, in various domestic and international HR Generalist roles of increasing scope and complexity including HR program management, staffing, and business integration. His tenure at Honeywell culminated as HR Leader, North America, Integrated Supply Chain. Lance has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, and holds bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a certified Six Sigma Greenbelt.

Larry O. Spencer

Spencer has two Master of Science degrees in business management from Webster College and industrial resource strategy from the National Defense University. He also completed postgraduate courses at Harvard University, and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree from SIU. General Spencer has two named awards: The Air Force General Larry Spencer Innovation Award and the Air Force General Larry Spencer Special Acts and Services Award. General Spencer is also a Distinguished Senior Fellow of Fels Institute of Government, University of Pennsylvania. General Spencer is the author of the book, The Green Eyeshades of War, a historical review of financial management during war, published in 2016. As the Air Force Association's top executive, General Spencer directs the association's professional staff. He is responsible for the management and operations of AFA, AFA Veteran Benefits Association, and the Air Force Memorial Foundation. He also holds the position of publisher of Air Force Magazine, the official journal of the Air Force Association, which has approximately 94,000 members. Spencer is also a Board Director for Whirlpool corp. Retiring as a four-star general, Spencer spent over 40 years in the Air Force. His last assignment was as the Vice Chief of Staff of the US Air Force, Washington, DC. In this capacity, Spencer was the second highest-ranking military member in the Air Force. He presided over the Air Staff and served as a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Requirements Oversight Council and Deputy Management Advisory Group. He assisted the Chief of Staff of the Air Force with organizing, training, and equipping 690,000 active-duty, Guard, Reserve, and civilian forces serving in the United States and overseas. Spencer began his career in the enlisted ranks and rose to become a four-star general. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering technology from Southern Illinois University (SIU), Carbondale. Spencer was commissioned through Officer Training School in 1980 as a distinguished graduate. He has commanded a squadron, group and wing, and he was Vice Commander of the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center. He was also the first Air Force officer to serve as the Assistant Chief of Staff in the White House Military Office. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and then Director of Mission Support at a major command; and held positions within the Air Staff and Secretariat. Prior to his assignment as Vice Chief of Staff, the general was Director, Force Structure, Resources and Assessment, Joint Staff, the Pentagon, Washington, DC reporting directly to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Michael J. Holtz - VP

Michael J. Holtz joined Triumph Group as Vice President, Performance Excellence in July 2016. Mike is responsible for overall business performance and directly accountable for Quality, Engineering, Program Management and Operations Excellence. Mike has more than 20 years of aerospace leadership experience with a focus on Program Management. Most recently, he served as VP, Military Programs for UTAS - Landing Systems, part of UTC Aerospace Systems, where he was P&L responsible for the full life cycle of major military landing gear and wheel and brake systems. Previously, at Goodrich Landing Gear, Mike led deployment of large capital projects transitioning major manufacturing sites to successfully obtain higher quality and lower costs. Also at Goodrich, Mike held various roles in increasing authority in Engineering, Supply Chain, Strategic Planning & Deployment, Site Leadership and Program Management. He earned his BS from Purdue University in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering and a MS in Engineering Management from Washington State University.

Mike Abram

Mike Abram was named Executive Vice President, Product Support in April 2016. Triumph Product Support provides OEMs and aircraft operators with full lifecycle solutions for commercial, regional and military fleets. Triumph's full suite of post-delivery value chain services simplify the MRO supply chain and provide customers with global, integrated planeside repair solutions Abram joined Triumph in December of 2003 as President of Triumph Airborne Structures. In 2009 he was promoted Vice President of Aftermarket Services. Prior to joining Triumph, Abram held several positions with the Nordam Group including Vice President of Operations responsible for profit and loss globally.

Mike Boland

Mike Boland leads a team of over 1000 Triumph professionals across 10 US-based and international sites dedicated to the design, manufacture, test and support of aerospace hydraulic and mechanical systems and components. As the APS P&L leader, Mike is responsible for APS financial and operational performance; product and customer support; as well as development of new proprietary products and technologies. Mike joined Triumph group in 2003 and most recently served as the APS-Clemmons site General Manager for the past five years, stabilizing and then steadily improving the site's operational efficiency, supply chain performance and profitability. Prior to his GM role, as Engineering Director Mike led a team of 40 engineers responsible for new product design, test and support. The Clemmons site gained solid footing under his leadership as a respected hydraulic pump provider and continued to gain market share in the valve and cowl actuation product spaces. Mike began his career as a fuel systems project engineer at AlliedSignal / Honeywell and later joined Honda Aircraft Company as a Lead Systems Engineer responsible for the design, installation and certification of the HA-420 "HondaJet" hydraulic system. During his tenure at Honda, Mike attained his FAA Designated Engineering Representative (DER) certificate. Mike earned his bachelor of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and his master of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from NC State University; he also owns a private pilot certificate. Mike and his wife Yvette have four very active children from college to elementary school ages.

Nick Drazic

Nick Drazic serves as Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain and Operations for Triumph Group and oversees the Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Material Operations and Supply Chain functions for the organization. He joined Triumph Group in November 2016 as the General Manager of Aerospace Structures site in Stuart, Florida. In 2017, Nick was promoted to Vice President, Global Operations for Triumph Aerospace Structures with responsibility for operations in Hawthorne, California, Marshall Street (Fort Worth), Texas, and Stuart, Florida. In January 2020 he was named corporate Vice President of Operations for Triumph Group, and in 2021 his role was expanded to include oversite of the Supply Chain function. Prior to joining Triumph, Nick held various management positions at Lockheed Martin, including senior leadership roles supporting the F-35 and C-130J production programs. Nick has 15 years of DoD operations experience and a strong background in manufacturing engineering, program management, production control, industrial engineering and quality management. Nick is a graduate of Purdue University, where he earned his degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology. He also holds a graduate certificate in Engineering Management from Drexel University and has extensive professional development in program management and leadership fundamentals.

Paul Bourgon

Paul Bourgon has been a Director of Triumph since October 2008. Mr. Bourgon has served as General Manager-Global Sales and Engineering for SKF Aeroengine since 2006. SKF Group supplies products, solutions and services within rolling bearings, seals, mechatronics, services and lubrication systems and SKF Aeroengine, a division of SKF Group, focuses on providing services in bearing repair and overhaul. Prior to joining SKF Aeroengine, Mr. Bourgon served as Vice President-Marketing of Heroux-Devtex Inc., a company which then supplied the commercial and military sectors with landing gear, airframe structural components, including kits, and aircraft engine components. Mr. Bourgon also serves on the board of directors of Venture Aerobearing LLC. Mr. Bourgon's current experience as a president of a significant aerospace business and his past experience within the aerospace industry enable him to serve as an additional point of reference on trends and developments affecting Triumph's business and its customers, suppliers and competitors. In addition, his background as a Chartered Accountant, member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1983, articling with Coopers & Lybrand in Montreal in the Auditing and Taxes departments, as well as his ongoing responsibility for the financial statements of the business he manages, enables him to lend additional financial expertise to the deliberations of the Board.

Pete Gibson

Pete Gibson is the Operating Company President for Geared Solutions. Geared Solutions offers comprehensive design, manufacture and MRO services for complex gears, gearboxes and linear actuation subsystems for fixed wing, rotorcraft, as well as ground and industrial applications. Geared Solutions supports both commercial and military applications directly for engine and airframe OEMs, as well as aerospace and non-aerospace applications for integrators and government customers. Triumph Geared Solutions is a combined team of more than 575 employees, with production locations in Park City, Utah and Macomb, Michigan. Pete's aerospace leadership career spans 20 years. Prior to joining Triumph in 2019, Pete served as VP Sales & Marketing for AeroVision International, a privately-owned aircraft, engine and component trading business. Pete also spent 12 years with United Technologies in multiple General Manager roles for Pratt & Whitney Canada and Pratt & Whitney Commercial Engines, overseeing both MRO and OEM manufacturing operations. Pete holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Rio Grande and Executive MBA from Marshall University's Lewis College of Business.

Scott C. Ledbetter - VP

Scott C. Ledbetter is Vice President, Execution Assurance and is a member of the Triumph Corporate Senior Leadership Team. He is responsible for the overall company execution of continuous improvement, lean, program management and new production introduction. Scott works closely with all Triumph Operating Companies to ensure alignment of resources and processes to execute accordingly. Scott is uniquely qualified for this role based on his extensive manufacturing background and previously serving as an Operating Company President at Triumph since 2017. Scott's aerospace career spans over 41 years and includes P&L roles at Triumph, Senior PLC and Parker Hannifin. Scott has been involved in multiple commercial and military programs including the 737, 777, 787, E145, E175, E190, A320, F-15, F-16, F-18, F-35, MQ-25, FARA and various classified programs. His leadership roles encompassed OEM and Aftermarket P&Ls along with International site responsibilities. Scott has had extensive training in Toyota Production System and Policy (Strategy) Deployment. Scott received his bachelor of arts degree in Economics from UCLA and has completed multiple post-graduate programs at University of California, Irvine, Case Western Reserve University and University of Michigan. Scott and his wife Sylvia have been married for 30 years and have two children, Scott is based out of the Northwest.

Stacey Clapp - Chief Commercial Officer, VP

Stacey Clapp joined Triumph Group as the corporate Vice President of Contracts in November 2017. He is responsible for overseeing and implementing contracting processes and strategies across the Triumph's three business units. Stacey began his career with GKN in the U.K. before moving the U.S. in 1999. He spent 22 years at GKN and held various positions of increasing responsibility, and in 2013 was appointed Vice President, Commercial for their Aerospace Engine Systems business based out of Sweden. From 2015 through 2017, Stacey worked at Eaton Aerospace as head of Commercial for the Fuel and Motion Control Division based out of Irvine, California. Stacey holds a bachelors degree in Business Studies from University of Southampton and is his spare time enjoys sailing, golfing, running and watching live sports.

Tom Holzthum

Tom Holzthum was named Executive Vice President, Integrated Systems in April 2016. Triumph Integrated Systems provides integrated solutions that include design, development and support of proprietary components, subsystems and systems, as well as production of complex assemblies using external designs. He previously served as Vice President of Aerospace Systems for Triumph Group. Holzthum joined Triumph Group in 1998 with the acquisition of Frisby Aerospace, where he held the position of Group Director, Hydraulics. In 1999, Holzthum was promoted to General Manager of newly acquired HTD Aerospace (later renamed Triumph Actuation Systems-Connecticut). In 2001, he was promoted to President of Triumph Actuation Systems-Connecticut where he held full P&L responsibility for the division and successfully integrated Ozone Industries into the business in 2002. Holzthum served as Vice President of Aerospace Systems since 2013, with oversight responsibility for eight Triumph Group companies. Holzthum received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
