Our 15,000 square foot, purpose-built building, has been designed to optimise the relationship between stock, office and loading areas which enable us to pick goods and dispatch faster. Using our IT systems we can respond to orders and enquiries immediately. The trade counter at Stonehouse is situated in the centre of the building and surrounded by two miles of shelving which is supported by double height racking. Our capacity means that we have the space to stock our regular customer's day-to-day needs and usually have what fasteners and fixings new customers need in stock. So many other companies operate on a next day basis but at GR Fasteners we stock to enable us to give our customers same-day delivery.
