Dave joined Seaview in Sept 2019 and is responsible for leading Seaview under the governance of Seaview's board of trustees. Dave has a background in mental health and substance misuse, and has worked in front line delivery and commissioning within both voluntary and statutory sector contexts.

Inspired by her families commitment to provide security to children and adults within the social care system, Hannah has worked with forward thinking charities for 20 years supporting people with diverse range of needs including mental health, Autism and substance misuse, to achieve goals, increase independence and build strategies to overcome barriers. With over 10 years of experience managing teams across a range of residential and community settings, Hannah has a wide range of knowledge and experience to contribute to the management team, providing oversite to the service coordinators and HR operations at Seaview.

With a strong enthusiasm for art and photography, Josie overlooks all the photographic aspects of Seaview. From leading photography sessions with service users to upgrading Seaview's digital displays, Josie supports the team in conveying all the visual storytelling.

Lyn leads the RSI Housing First Project and in collaboration with our Projects Manager the RSI Outreach Team, facilitating and coordinating other workers and also providing case work support. Lyn has worked for Seaview for many years in various Housing Placement and Support roles.

- Wellbeing Centre Co - Ordinator
Maggie oversees the daily operations of the Wellbeing Centre services, providing support to the centre support workers as well as overseeing the kitchen and tea bar staff and volunteers. Alongside the Chief Officer she provides facilitative support to the Peer Development work of the RADAR an acronym for Refocus Addiction Develop Activate Recover. This is a Peer led Recovery Team facilitating recovery groups and ideas.The Peer run Seaview Choir and clothing closet are also part of the Wellbeing Centre.

Michael leads the Seaview Accommodation Support Service(SASS), Diversionary Activities Project (DAP) and Project Adder. Michael is a trained counsellor and has a wealth of experience in substance misuse and harm reduction work. Michael has worked previously in Drug and alcohol services, both as a counsellor and a care co-ordinator, residential treatment services and was the criminal justice lead for drug and Alcohol services in West Sussex.

Coming from a background in technology and design, Sinead supports the Seaview team in navigating around new technological systems - as well as overseeing the design of Seaview's digital assets and development of the social media pages.

Sue supports the Chief Officer and the organisation, leading on specific projects and representing the organisation on several networks. Sue also provides oversight and support for our Outreach programmes. She also Chairs and leads the activities of the fundraising group Awareness for Action. Sue has worked for Seaview for many years and has a deep understanding of the organisation and its ethos having held different positions throughout the organisation. Sue also previously served a term for Seaview as a trustee. Sue is a qualified trainer and delivers all induction training for new Seaview staff and volunteers.
