Michaels Bridal Fabrics is a two generation family owned and run business, currently with 7 family members involved day to day. The company was formed in 1996, originally offering cut lengths just in basic qualities, like satins, chiffons and satin back shantung. We moved the business out from our home in January 2000, then in October 2012 we moved again to our current unit, which is twice the size of our previous premises. Around 2001 we started to significantly expand our range of better quality specialist fabrics like laces (400+) designs, embroideries and beaded fabrics. Then in 2004 we started running edgings and motifs, of which we now offer over 400 designs of each. After that in 2009 we started our button and accessories range, of which we now offer nearly 1000 articles. We also stock a range of Preciosa crystals, and now also offer many specialist haberdashery articles, like elasticated button hole looping, horse hair braid, non-slip elastic and various bonings.
