Amanda is Head of Research & Insight, working closely with her team to support all practices across Norman Broadbent in delivery of projects across executive search, interim management, mapping & pipelining, and insight. Based in the North-West, Amanda leads a talented team of Research Associates across London, Cheshire, and Aberdeen. Her expertise spans delivery of assignments across multiple sectors on a global scale.
Amanda is a psychology graduate of Lancaster University with a keen interest for people and organisational psychology. She is a qualified and experienced psychometric assessor.
Calum is a Senior Associate within our Research & Insight Team supporting our consultants across executive search, interim management and leadership mapping, insight and intelligence.

As Group Financial Controller, Catherin is responsible for the preparation and presentation of key financial information to the Board and the Executive Management Committee. She also ensures that our financial reporting and publications meet AIM listed regulations and requirements.

Chris is a Partner at Norman Broadbent Group and leads the international Power, Renewables & Utilities practice. He assists investors, developers, asset owners and service providers with executive recruitment (C-suite / SVP / Director levels), leadership assessment and planning proactively for future challenges around human capital.
Chris is a passionate guitarist and singer, having played since he was seven years old. Following university, he dedicated several years to his band, recording a professional studio album and gigging heavily across the UK. He also enjoys a wide range of sports such as mountain biking, snowboarding, lacrosse, rugby, and football. Whilst retaining his enthusiasm for music and sports, Chris now prioritises quality time with his wife, two young children and their dog. His favourite places are Hawaii, Barbados, Cornwall, and the Alps.
David has a keen understanding of psychometric testing and the interpretation and analysis of psychometric results. He is a fully trained Saville Wave Behaviour Assessment Practitioner and a Thomas International Practitioner for Personality Profile Analysis.

Fiyin is also an Executive Coach and is a Member of the Association for Coaching. She enjoys the opportunity for growth and development that coaching provides.
Outside of work, Fiyin is a keen traveler both internationally and domestically. As well as a keen foodie and is always on the look out for new restaurant openings.
Harriet is a Senior Associate within our Research & Insight team supporting our consultants across executive search, interim management and leadership mapping, insight & intelligence.
James is a Senior Partner at Norman Broadbent and leads both the Global Consumer Practice and the Global Supply Chain, Procurement & Operations Practice. With 16+ years of international experience within these sectors James has an impressive executive search track record, making critical appointments from C-Suite to senior leadership level.

Jordan is Head of Marketing & Business Development. He and his team are responsible for a wide range of activities and initiatives, including the planning, implementation and management of the firm's brand, communications, digital platforms and events. Jordan develops and executes effective marketing strategies and campaigns to evolve Norman Broadbent's marketing proposition, and increase awareness across the range of sectors and geographies in which we operate. In addition, he works closely with his colleagues to develop client relationships and to deliver impactful tender, proposal and briefing presentations.
Outside of the office, Jordan is a keen sportsman and plays for a Saturday league 11-a-side football team, whilst attempting every year to learn the game of golf. He is also a lover of all things food related!

Kevin is Chief Executive Officer and aside from his broader leadership responsibilities, Kevin leads our Board practice and continues to be very hands on in the delivery of search assignments and advisory projects with a particular passion for executive coaching.
Lyle is a Principal Consultant in our Finance practice. He has a wealth of experience recruiting across both permanent and interim Chief Financial Officers and their direct reports, as well as subject matter experts for clients based across the UK and internationally.
Mark is a Director for Norman Broadbent, focusing on senior Finance hires across Scotland whilst supporting the growth of the regional office.
Matt is a Director within our Change and Transformation Practice and has a proven track record of delivery across interim resourcing, consulting and change management. Over a career spanning 15 years, Matt has built diverse networks of expertise across a broad range of sectors.
Outside of work, Matt is a proud father to two future international football stars, and you will find him come rain or shine on the side of a football pitch cheering them on. On the rare occasion that there is a break in his taxi and cheerleading responsibilities, you will find Matt on the golf course, desperately trying to improve his handicap.
