Darren is an experienced manager and has great technical knowledge in the provision of hydraulic and engineering solutions. Darren works closely with customers, our designers and engineers to ensure that Hedley provides an efficient and reliable service. Darren oversees operations and production, with an aim to drive and further develop the processes and systems necessary for continuous improvement with regards to health and safety, quality and production.
As Sales Director Jezz builds quality long lasting relationships with customers with a view to driving growth. He works towards making sure the company is innovative, forward thinking and achieving a strong reputation in our industry.
John oversees all of the warehouse logistics. He keeps a keen eye on ensuring deliveries leave the company on time.
John is our Finance Director, although John is also a long-standing engineer. He spends a lot of time on the engineering projects on-site and he also oversees all financial matters.
Julia gets creative with social media marketing, the company website, online shop and search engine optimization. And she manages all the internal ISO audits for quality and health and safety.

Always on point, Steve leads our team of Design Engineers. Steve has over 20 years hands on experience of designing and delivering complex bespoke hydraulic systems, to a wide range of industries.
Steve is our Managing Director, starting out at Hedley as an apprentice he has risen through the company to Project Manager and then Managing Director. With 42 years of service, he is the oracle of hydraulic fluid power at Hedley Hydraulics.
