Progressing from the stores, to the sales office, to becoming the sales manager in January 2014, Alex has been at Bernlite since November 2004. His knowledge base is exceptional based on the last 11 years of continuous training by our manufacturers and of course 11 years of operational knowledge. A very keen sportsmen, specialising in Football, cricket and golf.
Our newest member, but you'd never guess that on speaking to her about anything lighting control gear wise. Gemma has only been with us since 2012, but became an invaluable member of the team instantly. Very popular with our customers owing to her amazing knowledge about all sports, specifically football, (a very decent player herself) and of course anything lighting control gear.
John is our newest member of the sales team, but has worked within the same
Lee has a variety of important roles within the company. Lee's primary function is to ensure the fluid operation of the warehouse and its staff, and goods in/out control. He is also heavily involved in the daily purchasing and stock control. From his start in January 2002, Lee has been the warehouse manager, sales office assistant, and health and safety officer. A not so keen sportsman, Lee is our go to guy on films and anything involving DC or Marvel!
The unflappable Natalie stated life with us in 2006. Easy to speak to, Natalie has excellent customer awareness and is extremely thorough in her diligence and commitment to helping our customers. Life long Watford fan as are all her family, so can often be found at Vicarage Road maybe not through choice, when not assisting our customers in the office.
