Expertise Janet began her career in 1985 working for VSH Law. It was during this time that she worked her way to become a Residential Conveyancer and remained with this firm until 1999 when she moved to Tollers Solicitors. Janet had a break from Conveyancing in 2001 due to personal circumstances but returned to this area of her career in 2014. During this time she worked for the local authority and a firm of financial advisers. Experience Janet joined Lamb & Holmes Solicitors in 2018 and manages the residential conveyancing for our commercial clients based within the housing development sector. Working from the Lamb & Holmes Corby office, Janet also looks after some of the smaller residential matters, but the main area of her work is for larger corporate clients. Janet has a wealth of experience in conveyancing, offering a diverse range of skills within the personal customised service that she offers, to suit each individual client's requirements.

A Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. Interests Following Leeds United Football Club, travelling, keeping fit, music, cooking and reading.

Remi McNeill

Expertise Since joining Lamb & Holmes Solicitors as a paralegal in January 2016, Remi has undertaken a wide range of private client work, specialising in wills and probate. This has enabled Remi to gain an enormous amount of hands-on experience which has reinforced her interest in this area of law. Remi qualified as a solicitor in 2018 after gaining an undergraduate degree at Nottingham Trent University and the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School (Nottingham Trent University). Experience Remi is a wills, trusts and probate solicitor at our Corby office undertaking a wide range of private client work with her team. Remi is the main point of contact for any Corby related wills, trusts and probate matters.

Expertise Sarah is a Chartered legal Executive and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP) Experience Sarah joined the Private Client team at Lamb & Holmes in December 2022 and previously worked for a large legal practice in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. Sarah is proficient in many areas of private client law and can advise on all aspects of wills, the administration of estates and probate, inheritance tax planning, intestacies and trusts. Sarah is also experienced in the drafting of trust documentation and deeds of variation. Sarah has a very understanding personality when considering sensitive issues. She is particularly supportive, offering exceptional personal and professional service.
