The Frank F Harrison Community Association was established during the 1970's as part of an initiative to open up school facilities to local residents out of school hours. This quickly developed beyond sports and recreational lettings into the delivery of adult education and youth provisions with the aim of enabling local people to build their skills and knowledge, and therefore improve personal self-esteem and life potential...
