Andrew enjoys understanding client environments to deliver continued support and advice around IBM Power i.

Brian has over 30 years of experience with IBM mid-range systems, working with them in a technical capacity since 1988!
Donna heads up Change Management and continues to develop and expand processes in line with CSI's core values.
Jeremy was responsible for the build of two CSI data centres plus the setup and support of many large-scale projects.

John has over 40 years experience in the IT industry working primarily within Financial, Pharmaceutical, and Managed Service Provider institutions. As Head of Enterprise Systems John leads all of the delivery and project functions within CSI.

Kevin is a qualified Accountant with over 20 years of experience in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector.
Leon joined CSI in February 2020 within data protection and now supports clients as a SDM.

Leyton is responsible for vendor management development, and the design of CSI's security portfolio.
Mark is a highly experienced IBM i technical professional, having worked with IBM AS/400 since 1988.
Matt joined CSI in 1995 and is highly regarded by clients for his IBM capabilities.
Michele joined CSI in May 1993 and therefore is the longest-serving employee at the company. During her tenure, Michele has seen a lot of change with management buy-outs, acquisitions, and changes in principal investors - but enjoys the challenge and admits she's not ready to get off the bus just yet!
Through her time at CSI, Michele has been in and around finance - previously embarking on a Managed Service Analyst role, becoming Head of Finance in 2023.
Having joined CSI in 1993, Michele is our longest-serving employee.
Mike joined Imtech in 2000, which was acquired by the CSI Group in 2013.
Sandip joined in 2014 following the acquisition of SysMicro Ltd by the CSI Group and was subsequently promoted to the role of CTO in 2023.
As part of the leadership team, Sandip works closely with the solution architects on large deals and the company's technology strategy. Sandip is a key player in the development of ISV and Partner relationships at CSI, with his industry experience and connections.
Sandip has held technical positions in IT for over 20 years and leads the technical functions within CSI.

Simon joined CSI Group in 2013 as Group Information Security Manager. After CSI acquired Niu Solutions in 2018, Simon took on the role of Security Practice Leader and was promoted to Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of CSI Group in 2019.
As CISO, Simon takes responsibility for the security and information risk profile of the business by taking a standards-based approach. He also provides client advice and audits across a range of business units, sites, projects, and other change activities across multiple sectors.
Simon has been Chief Information Security Officer at CSI Group since 2019.
Stuart joined CSI in February 2024 as Chief Revenue Officer, having spent several years at IBM and Orange Business Holdings. Stuart was most recently living and working in Bahrain for Batelco (the local Telco) as VP of Business Development, responsible for digital transformation within its enterprise customers.
Through his roles as UK Cloud Director and Senior Sales, Stuart brings experience and capabilities around cloud strategies and IBM services to help us drive growth and enable our clients to transform through the adoption of smart technology.
Stuart lives with his family and enjoys rugby, martial arts and generally keeping fit.
Stuart is responsible for sales leadership and supporting clients with their digital transformation strategies.
