Robert Scott is probably best known for making mops. Half a million of them every week to create a staggering 26 million a year. That's more mops than any other manufacturer in the UK, but we're so much more than just that!... Closer to home, the company has begun work building a new independent school for children with Autism after the school's founder, Zoe Thompson, found out their current premises was due to be sold in 2018. Robert Scott is funding the build for Bright Futures School and has been helped by various local suppliers to design and build the new facility on vacant land opposite its head office in Greenfield...
