Elaine Harrison - Managing Director

Elaine joined Town & Country in 1990 as an Office Assistant and has progressed through various departments and roles to Directorship. She leads by example with drive, enthusiasm, and an unrivalled experience of our company structure and more importantly its people. In addition to leading the company, Elaine oversees the Finance, HR, Customer Service, and Quality departments.

Jackie Fountain

Jackie has been with us for 2 years after 20 years' experience as a manager working for one of the best-known high-street retailers, where customer service and satisfaction are second to none. Jackie believes that understanding the individual needs of every client leads to the success of the service we deliver. She likes to stay close to the detail and support her team to deliver the best possible job.

James Coster

Joining the business over 10 years ago and originally from operations, James has since completed a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management and Level 7 CIPD Award in Employment Law. James runs our employment relations functions and on boarding, safeguarding and compliance.

Sebastian joined the business in 2022 with over 17 years of experience within the cleaning industry and soft services. He is passionate and committed, always giving 100 percent required to achieve the highest level of client development and retention. Sebastian is always challenging himself and his team to drive quality, he is also always looking at technology and innovation to help support our drive for delivering quality.

Stephen Bourdet

Stephen has been with the business since March 2023, he has over 20 years' experience in Sales & Marketing within the soft services sector which includes Cleaning, Washrooms, Waste, Laundry, Floor protection, consumables, and workwear. Stephen Leads our sales and marketing function supporting the business in developing new and maintaining long standing customer relationships and developing the company brand and culture. Stephen is fully committed to supporting T & C in driving its core values and objectives and make Town & Country the cleaning service provider of choice.

Viv Downie

Viv's background is in book-keeping but she has particularly enjoyed payroll and has been our Payroll Manager for nearly 9 years now. Viv and her team are kept busy ensuring all our teams are paid correctly and on time every time.
