Angus is Managing Director of Paragon International Insurance Brokers and has been in this role since 2013. He joined Paragon in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
In his role Angus is responsible for running the business operations of the firm and this includes managing all the team leaders. Angus has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry and performed a number of senior roles in Willis over a 12 year period.
Prior to that he spent 4 years with Mazars and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1997. He has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Bath University with a further Post Graduate Diploma in Fluid Power systems.

Chris is Executive Chairman of Paragon International Insurance Brokers and has been in this role since 2010. Chris is responsible for leading the board and setting its agenda.
Chris has over three decades, of senior level experience of international insurance business and extensive experience working in the US. Chris brings his valuable insight into the market in the areas of general management, broker relations, strategy and risk.
Prior to assuming his last role as Global Sales and Marketing Director at Willis Group, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Willis's Global Specialties business.
He was also a non-executive Director of Beazley Furlonge, a leading Lloyd's insurer.

Tara co-founded Paragon International Insurance Brokers in 1996, and as Co-CEO is responsible for all operations of the firm. This has included the expansion of the company to its present position, as a leading provider of insurance services for a large number of global organisations. Tara continues in this role following the combination with The PSC Insurance Group in 2019 and is an Executive Director of the PSC Insurance Group Board.
Leading Paragon's Broking practice, Tara's experience is focussed on the Professional Liability market, serving many of the world's leading professional service firms to include Fortune 1000 Companies, AMLAW Top 100 law firms, Engineering News Record Top 100 design firms and many of the fastest growing Technology Companies. Recent representations have included creating unique global insurance programs for a number of international law firm mergers.
Tara negotiates specialist insurance and risk management programs with worldwide insurers to provide E&O, D&O and associated Management Liability coverages on behalf of our clients, building on over 25 years of experience operating in the Lloyd's, European, Bermudian and US insurer marketplace. Prior to establishing Paragon, Tara was a Divisional Director at Willis.
