Operandi works directly with design businesses and corporate clients to develop Microsoft Office templates and tools. With our design-trained background, we try to retain as much of the original design as we can, and strive to introduce tools that directly improve the way a business operates at the lowest levels of administration. We are often used as an extension to a design studio, taking on the template-part of the overall branding project... We offer online training sessions that introduces the new templates to users. Our sessions walk the user through their own templates, giving them a good insight into the software and template features... We support every template in some way, so we expect some element of feedback in the projects we work on. A template design doesn't always fit the user's needs, so talking through testing and evaluation is always beneficial.
