Adam joined Thomas Miller in April 2019 as Group Financial Controller, and was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the group in September 2022.
He started his career in audit practice, before moving into industry, firstly within internal audit, including working internationally to implement Sarbanes-Oxley controls frameworks.
He gained subsequent experience at Zurich Insurance plc, in a broad range of business, strategic and central finance roles, culminating in the leadership of the UKGI planning and reporting function.
Immediately prior to joining Thomas Miller, Adam was the CFO of the Commercial Pillar of Liberty Specialty Markets, a global specialty insurer.
Adam is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and holds a masters degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.

Andrew has thirty years' experience of P&I management and has also held a number of Thomas Miller management roles over that period. A law graduate, he joined Thomas Miller's London office in early 1991 specialising in handling personal injury and other people claims, taking the leadership of the UK P&I Club's specialist people claims syndicate in 1999. In 2004, Andrew was appointed Operations Director for Europe and subsequently Chief Operating Officer of Thomas Miller P&I Ltd in 2007.
Based in Hong Kong, Andrew is the Chief Executive of the UK Club Hong Kong Branch, and as Chief Executive Officer for Thomas Miller (Hong Kong) Ltd and Thomas Miller (Asia Pacific) Ltd also has the Thomas Miller responsibility for the other offices in the Asia Pacific region: Singapore, Shanghai, and Sydney.

Andrew joined Thomas Miller as Financial Controller of UK P&I Club from Big 4 accounting firm KPMG, where he had specialised in the insurance sector. He was Chief Financial Officer for the Club from 2014 to 2018. In June 2018, Andrew was appointed Chief Executive Officer for the UK P&I Club.

After initially graduating as a Solicitor, Bob focused on Corporate, Capital Markets and Financial Services Law.
From 1996 - 2011 he occupied various senior roles in RBS Hoare Govett Ltd where he was responsible for originating and leading over 50 IPOs, reconstructions, takeovers and amalgamations.
His current role as a non-executive Director of an international insurance organisation compliments his position within Thomas Miller

Charles is TT Club's CEO and responsible to the Club Board for the performance of the Club. He is also a Director of Thomas Miller Holdings.
Charles has been the TT Club CEO since March 2009 and before that was the Deputy CEO and COO. Prior to joining TT Club (May 2007) he was the COO in Thomas Miller's P&I business.
Charles joined Thomas Miller in 1997 initially managing a claims team and then over the next few years undertaking a variety of operational and management roles within Thomas Miller. He started his working life in the Royal Navy and upon leaving the Navy qualified as a Solicitor before moving into claims handling in the mutual insurance world.
Charles was elected Chairman of Thomas Miller Holdings Ltd in June 2021.
David joined Thomas Miller in June 2018. He has previously worked at Just PLC, Savills and KPMG and is an experienced senior leader of risk and compliance functions and implementing global regulatory change.
In November 2022 David was appointed Chief Executive of Thomas Miller Investment.
Dr Grahaeme Henderson OBE has a 40-year career in Shell that includes working 24 years overseas on international assignments in Brunei (twice), Nigeria, Syria and The Netherlands.

Fiona joined the Thomas Miller Group HR team in January 2016 having previously supported the Group as an external consultant and she was appointed as Group HR Director in January 2018. Fiona has worked in HR for over 30 years beginning her career and gaining early leadership experience as an Army officer. Fiona further developed her HR generalist portfolio and specialist Reward experience in financial and professional services with PwC and Pinsent Curtis, business services and outsourcing with Pitney Bowes and HR consulting as an independent.
Hugh joined Thomas Miller in January 2016 as Chief Executive of its investment business, having held a number of senior leadership positions within the investment management, wealth management and banking sectors, within the UK and internationally. Hugh's previous roles include: Group Chief Executive of a specialist banking and wealth management group; Group Chief Executive of an investment management business; and Chairman of a Building Society.
Hugh was appointed Chief Executive of the Thomas Miller Group in October 2022.
After graduating with a Law Degree, James went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant. After 10 years with PwC working in audit, internal control and then acting as Group manager in their New York office, James worked as a senior equity analyst in a number of banks. Rejoining PwC in 2011, James went on to become a Partner advising insurers on IPO and CFOs on key investor issues. James occupied a CFO role for Zurich before joining Saga as Group CFO and Executive Director responsible for finance, treasury and tax.

Kevin is the TT Club's Deputy CEO, having spend three years prior as COO. He previously led the Club's EMEA regional team, responsible for Member service and business development across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and before that held a variety of positions across Thomas Miller managed businesses in our New Jersey, San Francisco and former Houston offices.
Kevin came to Thomas Miller in 1996 from a leading United States maritime law firm. He has long held cross-Club responsibility within Thomas Miller.
His skill include change management, management of global cross-functional teams, integration of underwriting and claims, and loss prevention expertise in maximising retention and new business performance.
Kieran joined Thomas Miller in March 2002 after spending a number of years working initially in insurance broking and more recently in the Lloyds market in both financial and regulatory positions
He initially worked for Dex, a marine Hull facility managed by Thomas Miller and was involved in the formation and running of the Thomas Miller Managing Agency at Lloyds.

Lisa joined Thomas Miller Group as Group CIO in April 2021 with over 25 years of Board and Business expertise of building and leading global IT and operations in Financial Services Organisations. Lisa took on the role of Chief Executive officer of Thomas Miller Specialty in June 2023.
Lisa has spent the last 23 years building her career in insurance working with Aon where she predominantly focussed on digitising the broker file and associated processes, developing the IT capability at Aspen through their early growth period and evolving to the role of Chief of Operations responsible for defining the business operating model, business transformation, operational shared services and a member of the Group Executive Committee. Most recently, Lisa acted as Interim CIO for MS Amlin focussed on developing the IT strategy and transforming the IT capabilities with particular focus on operational risk reduction and regulatory compliance.
Lisa is a trustee of ‘The Not Forgotten' charity and sits on a technology advisory board.

After a career with a big four accounting firm and a private equity owned wealth manager, Nicky joined Thomas Miller Investment in 2014. He has since held several roles within the TM Group including roles in the Sydney office and as CFO and Commercial Director of TM Professional Services. He is currently CEO of Thomas Miller's Professional Services businesses including Thomas Miller Law, Thomas Miller Claims Management and Brookes Bell LLP.

Tom joined ITIM as an Account Executive in 2011 having spent three years in Thomas Miller's Sydney office, where he handled a wide range of property and liability claims for the TT Club's Australasian members.
He became ITIM's General Manager in 2016 and CEO in 2021.
As CEO, Tom has overall responsibility for all matters within ITIC.
