Alison graduated from Liverpool in 2011, but is originally from Cumbria. She worked in a busy small animal practice in Yorkshire before joining Ashcroft Vets in April 2013. Outside of work, Alison enjoys walking her two dogs and trying to make her garden fit for birds without letting her cat get involved!

Ann first came to work at Ashcroft in 1979, where she successfully completed her veterinary nursing training. She then moved to the PDSA in Manchester and then Liverpool University Veterinary School. Ann then studied for her Cert Ed and taught veterinary nursing and related courses, and became an RCVS/VN examiner.
Ann returned to Ashcroft in June 2015, and absolutely loves the people and the animals who make this practice so special, and is proud to be part of the team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and various pets, including 2 dogs and numerous cats. Ann also has a passion for writing poetry.

Belinda has been a part of the Ashcroft team for over 12 years and is client account manager, dealing with all our insurance claims and queries. Prior to that she was a veterinary nurse. You will also see Belinda on reception, as well as being our resident pet insurance guru. Away from the practice she enjoys spending time with her family, 3 cats and a snake.

Dawn joined the practice in 2015, bringing a wealth of experience with over 15 years in customer service and management environments. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her greyhound Orson, going to football matches and going on holiday.

Ed qualified in 1998 from Liverpool University, and worked in mixed practice in Shropshire for four years before deciding to concentrate on small animal work. After working in Stockport for a while, he joined Ashcroft Vets in September 2005, and became Clinical Director in January 2015.

Gemma joined our reception team in 2008, coming from a customer service background in retail. Gemma helps take care of our accounts, as well as being a familiar face to our clients. Gemma enjoys spending time with her family, including Rocky her Staffy and socialising with friends.

Melody has been at Ashcroft vets since 2006. Prior to this she, worked as an equine nurse. She still maintains an interest in horses, looking after her own horse. With the little energy she has left over, she enjoys spending time with her whirlwind son!
