Ayres and Gardner was formed in 1968 by Fred Ayres and his brother in law Mick Gardner. Fred died in 1993 and Mick Gardner retired from the company in 2017. The company is now headed by Mick's son Lee Gardner. For the past 20 years the company has concentrated on commercial alterations and extensions with contract values rising to 1.5 million. In recent projects the main focus has been within the commercial, healthcare and education sectors...
