Denis Cronin is an experienced senior operations director with a proven ability to identify patterns and see solutions outside the norm. Passionate to deliver results that drive efficiency, streamline processes and produce cost optimizations to organisations, he is highly organised with excellent attention to detail, always looking to learn and improve. He sets the highest expectations of himself and his work and then strives to exceed them. Denis is a former director with Iron Mountain where, over a seventeen-year career, he held various senior financial and service delivery roles before assuming a leadership role as the Country Manager for the Ireland business unit.

Uniquely, John is a 2-time Entrepreneur of the Year winner in 2009 and 2012. John is an electronics engineering graduate of Limerick University and also has a diploma in Business Studies. He is a strong innovator with exceptional project management skills and has wide ranging experience in start-ups of both small and medium sized organisations.

• Strategic Management and Marketing Specialist

Moses is a strategic management and marketing specialist. He holds a Bachelors in Statistics, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and an MSc. in International Business & Marketing Strategy. He has previously worked in several senior management positions for Total Uganda and Total Overseas in different countries most notably Uganda, Nigeria and Zimbabwe; he has also worked in the not-for-profit (Charity) sector in Dundee, Scotland. Moses has experience in sales & marketing, business development, strategic management, project management, managing franchises and sales skills training. His work has included supervising debt-financed young entrepreneurs to manage their businesses until they were able to fully clear their financial obligations.

Isabelle TAPSOBA is the Managing Director for Burkina Faso of Business Cost Management (BCM). She joined the BCM group in May 2019. Founded in 1993 by John Mac Namara, BCM is a company specialized in cost reduction and revenue growth for a wide variety of clients. Isabelle TAPSOBA is a management economist, specialized in finance, control and accounting. She has over 25 years of experience in the fields of projects and program development and management for both public and private entities. She also worked as freelance consultant for several years.
