BRECKNOCK ACCESS GROUP

We aim to make a constructive contribution towards ensuring that our community is accessible to everyone... Since coming together in the 1980s, the volunteers in Brecknock Access Group have been the only organisation in South Powys fighting for improved access for all, and particularly for people with disabilities. We aim to improve access to streets, footpaths, public buildings, pubs, restaurants, hotels and guest houses, places of entertainment, shops, health service facilities and homes under construction or modernization... We work with Powys County Council, the Brecon Beacons National Park, local businesses and other voluntary bodies to promote the implementation of the Equality Act
