Burwain Sailing Club was founded in 1951 for dinghy sailors and this continues to be our main activity. Our sailing sessions take place on Saturdays between March and November and on Wednesday evenings between April and August. During these sessions there is a programme of races but these are also the best times to simply come sailing. Most of our training activity also takes place at these times... Welcome to the Burwain Sailing Club Website. We are friendly member-run club which always welcomes new members to take part in a range of water sports. We have a long history of dinghy sailing, but in recent years we have welcomed members who sail remote controlled RC Lasers, paddleboard members and open water swimmers...
