Angus is a Mechanical Engineer serving the first 25 years of his career in operational roles within a diverse range of markets including Oil & Gas, Semiconductors, Biotechnology and Automotive.
More recently, he has been a senior director in PE backed SME's and joined CalaChem as Managing Director in February 2023.

As SHE Manager, Ben is responsible for all aspects of site compliance relating to both company policy and regulatory requirements.
Ben has over 10 years' experience working across a multitude of high hazard industries.
He holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh, with extensive experience in operational, technical and process safety.

James joined CalaChem in October 2022, with full responsibility for all company finance matters.
He brings with him a wealth of experience as a senior finance professional in a number of sectors.
James is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and firmly believes that Finance can play an integral role in delivering company performance.

As Head of Operations, Robert is responsible for all manufacturing activities on site as well as engineering and technical and development support services.
Robert has over 25 years experience, at the Grangemouth site, in a number of engineering and manufacturing roles.
Robert holds a First Class Honours Degree in Electrical Engineering from Napier University and is a TUV certified Functional Safety Engineer and member of the IET.
