Here at Casa Carlos we only serve you with the best in authentic Spanish tapas. We are a local Mediterranean & international restaurant situated at 29 Hallgate, Wigan, WN1 1LR... After the huge success of Casa Carlos on Standishgate, we came to the decision to downsize and go back to our roots. Our vision is to continue to serve Tapas created from the freshest of ingredients, many of which are sourced directly from Spain. Our menu offers a variety of dishes from imported cured meats to fresh seafood and a large selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Our restaurant provides a cosy and relaxed atmosphere to enjoy traditional Spanish cuisine complimented by a range of Spanish or international fine wines.
