We each have over 10 years post qualification experience working in the NHS, and are fully insured to practice privately. We also hold up to date registration cards and practicing certificates with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP)... Therapy is offered in Watford and Berkhamsted. We are able to offer flexible appointment times and venues, including daytime, early morning and weekend appointments. Both partners are registered with the major insurance companies (BUPA, Axa, Aviva, Vitality Health, Cigna and WPA). Together we have experience treating a range of problems, including depression, low self esteem, low confidence, anxiety and worry (including health anxiety, social anxiety and panic), obsessive compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, work related stress and relationship problems...
