Miss K. Stevens

Job Titles:
  • Special Educational Needs Co - Ordinator ( SENCo )
Hello, I'm Miss Stevens and I have been working here at Chalkwell Infants for seven years. I love our school and am proud of our inclusive and supportive community. I am passionate about teaching; nothing makes me happier than seeing a child shine and grow in confidence. I currently teach the nurture group, called ‘The Treehouse' during the mornings and run interventions in the afternoon. In my spare time outside of school I enjoy watching films, reading books, listening to live music, travelling to new places and spending lots of time outdoors with family and friends. I also have a real love of food and enjoy visiting new restaurants and cooking interesting new dishes.

Mr D. Horne

Job Titles:
  • ICT Technician
I'm Mr Horne and started as the school's ICT Technician in September 2010. Since my first day I have felt very lucky to be working in a place with such friendly staff and children. In my spare time I attempt to play the guitar, the drums, the ukulele and learn Spanish - all with low levels of success but I do enjoy trying!

Mr J Isaacs

  • Chairman of Governors

Mrs B. Robbins

Job Titles:
  • Receptionist

Mrs D. Maynard

Job Titles:
  • Class Teacher & Year 1 Leader
I joined Chalkwell Hall Infants in 2007 as a student teacher and I have been lucky enough to teach in all three year groups during my time here. I love the community and family feel that Chalkwell Infants has and love how our ethos and vision is truly embedded in all we do. It is great to be part of your children's learning journey and it is wonderful to see your children develop and grow during their time with us. When I am not working I am mum to three children and spend the vast majority of my time running them around to their clubs and hobbies, but when I do find time for myself I like to spend it in the garden and reading.

Mrs E. Howe

Job Titles:
  • Receptionist
I am Mrs Howe and I started working at Chalkwell Infants in September 2016. I am part of the friendly and busy office team, where no two days are the same! When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and getting engrossed in a really good book!

Mrs G. Dalgarno

Job Titles:
  • EYFS Lead
  • FS Leader
Hi, I'm Mrs Dalgarno. I work with the children, teachers and LSAs in reception. I have always loved working with reception children and seeing the fantastic progress they make in their first year at school. It is important to me to help children develop a love of learning at this early stage in their education. I also love outdoor learning as I feel it really brings learning to life! When I'm not in school, I love spending time with my family. I have 2 children and a dog and we all love walks in the woods or along the seafront.

Mrs H. Wilkinson

I love having the opportunity to get to know so many of our children. I am part of the senior leadership team, where we continue to work on school improvement. I love being at Chalkwell and being part of such a friendly and happy community where the children are so eager to learn.
